I have been removed from command of the LNS-Philippines along with my XO. Apparently dureing the attempt to upgrade it to the new style of LABC its battle scars showed up and the workers at Norfolk were unsure if they would be able to make the upgrade stable. So sadly the vessle is currently having to be kept for spares for other LABC's.
