Anyway, just hang around the omegas and im sure we'll meet sometime
Can i know what kind of demand it's "Let's blow up his turrets then he's free"?
Oh, I'm so glad I say that very often now. Thing is: traders pretend they have no credits left and they have just bought a new ship etc - 90% of them. Well FU! No credits? I'll test the guns on your shinny ship. And iRP - if one doesn't die, it just makes sense - without paying he lost more, so next time he'll just hand over the credits or the goods and leave in peace.
ALSO, none of YOUR turrets were shot down, so chill out dude.
Nothing out of the ordinary happened , It's a storm in a glass of water.
There was a long talk , some lazers , nobody got hurt.
common sense that Corsairs go a bit tough on pirates in front of one of their bases....
So, I assume you were the Ptrans we met in Omega 5? To be honest I don't see the problem. Our ID says we can engage pretty much anyone in our ZoI and O5 is in the middle of it so rule 5.2 is pretty much covered. Then, rules state that we can not destroy a transport without a demand so shooting turrets is within the rules.
We don't like other people pirating in our space so taking away a pirate's guns to prevent him from doing that makes a lot of sense. In fact, shooting transport turrets off a ship its kinda our favorite sport because it disables a ship without harming its precious cargo while keeping it from damaging us.
The demand "we will blow up your turrets to make sure you'r not pirateing in our zone" is not actually a demand, but a way of controlling our hunting grounds.
I hope that clears it up and to avoid you going o.O the next time you meet us here is a list of popular Sails demands:
- body parts
- pets
- family members
- singing or dancing
- intercourse with your female crew members
- and more
Now, one can't demand rape because that would mean that the targeted party would have to agree to said rape, in which case it would be consented intercourse. The party targeted by our demand is free to refuse it and make us a counter offer.
In fact, I wanted to talk about this a lot of times. Traders are encouraged to negotiate with us instead of cruising away to the system wall. Most of the times you'll pay less if you show a nice attitude and quality RP

Does quality RP equal to being submissive and comply with demands?
