So, there is ONE month where the GRN activity dropped below the required time, which is likely to blame on the work caused by the .86 release?
If you want to change things join and help to change them instead of bringing the same useless argument again and again.

Black Widow, considering your play style, would it be safe to assume you're making a cap faction, like a CCCP that (gasp) doesn't break the rules?

Not really that hard to pull off, even with smaller numbers, recruit indie caps in-game and whatnot, make a Skype group and organize raids.

If you want to make a snub heavy faction (which is the standard for serious official house military factions), you're obviously going to face a more uphill struggle in terms of players.

I dont really care to join GRN| because it is full of players who are already established in this faction and I feel like I would have to be taking orders from them when alot of them arent very active anyway. So whats the point in that?

A faction cannot grow with members joining if the older members are not flying in space alot to guide the newer recruits it would just become a stalemate! I think the best way forward would be a new GRN faction with active leaders to guide everyone else, only then will it work.
