The activity levels show that GRN doesn't even play GRN. Now they want other people to join and play so that the activity levels go back up. Then they can keep command position while still being inactive.

To be honest, I'm against "duplicates" of official factions. I think billions of variations of one faction makes the memberbase divided. If there's one GRN, why do we need another? If we have some sort of army in country, why the hell do we need another one?

This would not be a duplicate of an official faction!! I too, am against such things but when an official faction is practically non-existent ingame then its time for a new one I think anyway.
