It was a day to remember. The day Liberty was invaded. On this day, The Order teamed up with the Corsairs on one of the biggest close combat space wars known in Sirius. It all started when LSF and ICO started gathering in Alaska. Osiris Battleship Adler thought it to be an attack fleet coming in on Omicron Minor. Working fast Adler and its crew called upon the Corsairs and the Order for a defensive wall at Omicron Minor. Little chatter was going on as we prepared for the worse.
Approximately 30 minutes of sitting outside Planet Toledo. A recon by the name of Bobby told us that the enemy fleet pulled out of Alaska and returned to New York. We, already prepared for battle, took this to our advantage. With a large fleet, consisting of 3 Battleships 2 Cruisers 4 Gunboats and a whole buncha fighters. The Order/Corsair fleet moved through Alaska to the New York Jump Gate.
Another half an hour of sitting. Figuring out our battle plan.
The fleet slowly enters New York. Surrounded by the Area 21 Minefield as cover. It was the perfect location for war. One after another LSF and its allies sent fighters at us. One after another they fell. Given some of our pilot miss naved and committed suicide in the mine field. The war was immense. When the Battleships got involved they targeted the larger ships. Going through them like a kid goes through sugar. It was a massacre. A well thought out and organized one at that. We commended the survivors for a good fight. The others...well the others will be remembered.
Once all LSF and it allies ships were destroyed. The Order and the Corsairs claimed New York and Alaska as there own. For now......
