Lost all my accounts, Can I perhaps get them back?

I've had a small issue, I've lost ALL of my old characters (hundreds of hours worth put into them) Although the characters were deleted due to lack of playing(due to a lack of a computer), Is there some sort of way to request "vacation" time? So that even if you're gone for a long while the characters would still be in-game? An not deleted? If there is a way to get said accounts or characters back, That'd be great but seeing as how it was many months ago perhaps (August-ish) when I last logged on to ANY of them, I would completely understand if you couldn't get them back. I can supply the account codes and some of the names, The exact spelling or style I did it Evades me. Again, If you can't get the accounts I'd undertsand. Thanks and all of that.

Sorry, backups are gone now ... And you do need yourself or someone else to log your accounts to keep
them active.
