I cant access the server at 81.26.155.31

The time now is 12:33 A.M. GMT. Date: 11-Aug.

May be my internet link to europe. Is anyone else experiencing connection problems?

There seems to be a problem with the server is there an estimated time for this to be fixed? I'm new to this server but I've been having a lot of fun playing. And it seems like a pretty dynamic universe that I'd like to continue to play in.
