To provide some further information. As the war between our nations ended, the Kusari companies started to trying restore trade to and from Bretonia. There is a huge opportunity now as lot of Kusari traders still don´t trust Bretonians. That´s nothing personal or offensive, sir or madam, you just have to understand that long war where lot of fathers and sons died made some scars on the relations between our nations. But there is...other threat to both of us now, I think you know about whom I´m talking about.

Anyway, we are trying to catch the possibility and started to haul fine Kusarian electronics to Bretonia again. I think you know that Kusarian manufacturers are the best in this branch. We are transporting engine components, optical chips, nanocapacitators, optronics and quantum multiplexors to destinations in New London system like planet New London, Southampton Shipyard or Kensington Shipping Platform; also to planet Leeds and some stations in Newcastle system like Lancaster Trade Center or Gateshead Station.

Now, we have to fly there and back through Liberty. Long and dangerous way, full of pirates. But we have problems to find route with good profit on the way back, so we need shortcut to be back in Kusari fast to make another delivery with high profit. You know, time is money. This shortcut leads through Tau systems and this is the reason why we are applying for Tau Trading License.

Of course we want to fully respect Bretonian law so we have no plans to transport any cargo to bases runned by Gallians. Unfortunately, if I am informed well, trade between Bretonia and Kusari is still closed. Correct me if I am wrong. This is not good for both our nations but we have to respect that until will be open again. So, if we understood it well, with said license we are allowed to fly through Taus with empty cargo hold, or to delivery cargo to planet Harris or IMG bases only. And because we recently found a chance within this limitations, because if we have good information, there is possibility of transporting pharmaceuticals from Glasgow Outpost to Holman Outpost or Freeport 6 which belongs to IMG and Zoners so can be done in limits that you require. From there our ships can then continue to Kusari.

BPA pilots have the right to demand the destination of the traders and confirm it via intel. Traders found to be trading with Gallia must drop their cargo or sell it at Bretonian bases. Traders found to have lied about their destination will be treated as enemies of the Crown.

Fines: 4,000,000c for crossing the blockade.

Due to the invasion by Gallic force the Tau Blockade will remain in full effect. Travel North of Stokes Station in Leeds, West of Planet Leeds and West of Hood in Dublin is restricted. Any transports hauling cargo past those areas will be considered to be attempting to break the blockade, their ships held, fined and cargo confiscated, that includes ores.

Passage of cargo and material into the Taus is only permitted with a Tau Trading Licence.
One-time permission can be obtained from Bretonia Police Officer currently on duty which will allow to enter Taus only once after the payment. The one-time pass is 500 000c.

First of all, thank you for your generous reply. I would like to inform you, that we have been avoid to enter Gallia, so we dont know much about other main factions there, neither their diplomatic status toward us. The GRN is the only one gallic faction what we have been met with.

I hope you could understand, that a "peace-lover" captain, like me, dont want to risk the life of the crew for some papers. As you could realise, we are hostile for the GRN forces, so we couldnt and we wont enter Gallia, netiher meet with another gaul forces.
