I quite ran into two Outcasts doing their rubbish habit - piracy. An IMG capital vessel was nearby as well. May the guncams tell the story:

Unfortunately I celebrated too soon and the second Outcast took advantage nearly blasting my hull open. I managed to evade. From here me and the captain of the capital vessel chased the Outcast until we ran out of cruise disruptors. He escaped.
