Mollys are only deemed illegal by the parent house.

Actually, being official or unofficial on this server does indeed matter.
Officials have more weight and can dictate faction role play to some degree. Notice the whole IC and Rheinland debacle.
The CCCP wasn't merely sanctioned for trying to make a NAP with some Corsairs. You guys were sanctioned for breaking many of the server rules.
