You couldn't be more wrong if your middle name was I am more wrong. The restriction is not a role play restriction, but one done for game balance reasons.
Zoners trade with the houses on a daily basis. They have no way around it as most of the things needed to survive in the Edge and Borderworlds are made in house space. They trade the goods they make for the goods they need.

Basically means he were not Zoner but BMM or Republican or who else trade with gold. One thing Zoner brought Alien Microorganisms and toke some Hull panels to Zoner base, another thing he worked for Bretonia/Rheinland
About ID/RP maybe I was not so correct. but this is not reason to laugh me out:P

I wasn't talking about him, nor were you. We were both talking about Zoners in general. I corrected your very flawed statement. Nor was I laughing you out.
You could always bypass the ID restriction by bringing a friend with a Hercules to unload your cargo. Or you can use the Zoner profit routes. But don't dock in House space with a whale.

Then it is oversight, I a pretty sure that back in the times when there was no GJ ID and junker guard ID was in play, the Salvager was available only with the Junker Guard ID. However it is up to junker official faction how to handle their tech.

The only ship that is explicitly restricted to a specific ID is the ZBT. We had this discussion back in 4.85 and guess what? The ZBT was still the ship explicitly restricted to a specific ID.
Yes, there are other ships whose info cards state that bad things will happen to people who have them and don't belong to the owning faction. That isn't the same thing as an ooRP line that explicitly says the ship can only be used with one ID. It is explicit. Explicit.
