Kurtt turned towards Franz, seeking the answer to what they would do in this situation.

"Well?"

Franz gradually released his awkward smile, thinking of a plan but finding none. He faced Kurtt, sighed, then lowered his head with a nod. The man grabbed his Dublin Dustbuster from behind and threw it on the ground in front of the mech. The pair then stepped out of the doorway slowly, as the marine asked, and approached the machine without hostile intentions.

"We were on the deck below when we found a small security communications room. No one was in it. Seemed evacuated already. But we found this gun and thought it would be useful. Believe me good sir, we have no intentions of causing trouble or picking a fight with someone obviously much more combat suited than us."

They stood there mostly defenseless in front of the mech, waiting for his judgement.

Frederick maneuvered his mech slowly, crushing the gun under its armored foot. "Gut. Now it appears I'm going to have to babysit you until der elevator arrives with mein reinforcements. Don't get any funny ideas about running, I can assure you mein targeting sensors are one hundred percent accurate."

The hum of the elevator is heard, the mechanisms locking into place with an almost comical 'ding'. Soon the doors groaned apart and five heavily armed storm-troopers emerged from it.

Frederick turned his head to the marines, "Alright troop, you know der drill. Handcuff them und two of you take them down to das lower levels und hanger for ex-fil. They seem innocent enough." Reading the IFF transponders he continues, "Ah, that task will fall on Oberstabsgefreiter Kleiner und Schütze Richtopher. Der rest of you fall in, is that clear?"

The marines all saluted the mech and responded in unison, "Jawohl Herr Oberleutnant!" Three of the marines jogged over to the mech as it turned to proceed down the hall maintaining a loose, but battle ready, formation.

The two marines left behind walked over to the civilians and the Sargent announced calmly almost friendly, "Please place your hands behind your back und follow us, do not worry das cuffs are simply for your safety."

"Oh pft, those won't be necessary. We come in peace, my good man!"

Franz did one of his strange smiles again and raised his hands above his head comically showing he yields.

"Look sir, we only just came from the deck below looking for some answers to all this stuff going on! Please don't treat us like.. like.. we're some kind of murders!!"

Kurtt looked at Franz, then back at the officer and nodded his head with yet another awkward smile similar to that of Franz but a bit more creepy than friendly.

Frowning mentally Kleiner contemplated his options, "They really don't look that threatening, and its not like they can get out of here without running into us. But, der Oberleutnant would have mein -head-..." Kleiner turns to the Schütze and raises his face plate speaking, "What do you think Richtopher? They seem innocent enough."

Richtopher stammers a bit nervously, "Uhh- that would be your call Herr. I mean, Oberstabsgefreiter."

Kleiner shakes his head and turns back to the civilians, "Alright I've made up mein mind, get in der elevator, once we hit der lower decks just hold still and let me 'take' das cuffs off. Come on."

Kleiner motions with his head as he starts to walk over to the elevator doors, Richtopher standing close by, but both keeping their eyes on the civilians waiting for them to get in the elevator.

The pair complied with the officers, knowing if they'd try to run it would get them nowhere.

"Alright.."

Kurtt was slightly reluctant, hesitating to go along with their orders but ended up following his companion back into the elevator. The two now stood there waiting for the marines' next move.

After the Civilians boarded the elevator the sergeant keyed the buttons to take them down to the lower levels where they would head for the hangers and off the station.

Meanwhile the entourage of Mech and Marine continued to work their way down the hall towards the maintenance stairs, comm-ing Voss again Frederick spoke, "Hansel das Marines und I have nearly made our way to der maintenance stairwell. We also encountered some civilians und I had two of das marines accompany them to der hanger und off station. How's your situation? Over."

The Marines stacked up against the hallway wall next to the door before slipping a camera snake through the door checking for hostiles. The corporal on point informed Oberleutnant Bernhard, "It appears clear Herr Oberleutnant. Waiting for you to breach."

Frederick nodded at the corporal and acknoledged him, "Alright. Hauptgefreiter Von Bebber step back und retrieve your camera. Breaching."

Retracting his camera snake quickly the corporal quickly moved out of the way of the door, the rest of the marines sliding a little back as well. Soon two tons of mechanical warsteel burst through the door with the marines filing in quickly behind it.

Voss sighed as he reached the bulkhead doors that led into the Engineering Section of the station, they were sealed shut to slow down intruders...What a shocker...The control panel beside the door was likely locked out so he would have to do this the hard way...

Reaching to his utility belt Voss pulled out a small Datapad and a long wire, the armoured BDM agent approached the panel and with liberal use of the powered armour's strength he pried open the circuit panel of the controls and hooked up the device to the circuitry. As his screen came alive he started to slowly bypass the lockout, but it was slow-going due to Interspace's security protocols trying to stop him at every turn. As he was hacking the door his Comm-Unit came alive he rolled his eyes in mild annoyance and gave a crisp response.

"I am currently bypassing the lockout to the Engineering Section, continue to the main objective and plant the flag. Hansel Out." he replied briefly just as his efforts bore fruit. The large heavy doors slowly slid open as Voss chuckled slightly to himself as he put his equipment away and drew his pistol once again, making sure to switch it to the stun-setting as he slid in, jogging down the corridor to the Reactor Core. He could see a pair of security guards outside the door into the Core Room, spotting Voss jogging down the corridor they raised their side-arms towards the incoming figure and opening fire.

The Rheinlander dove to the deck and snapped off a small burst of fire from his position as the small arms fire passed over his head. His first shot hit the guard on the right in the chest, causing him to go down harshly while his partner started to retreat into the Core Room. Voss rose to his feet as the door to the Core shut behind the man. The corridor was quiet once again with only the low hum of the Reactor not too far away the only sound. He kept his pistol trained on the door as he slowly approached, knowing that the guard would be waiting for him on the other side, when he reached the body of the guard he show he briefly checked for life-readings from his helmet's HUD. The Guard was still alive but unconscious, due to the stun-setting from his pistol. He kicked the pistol in the downed man's hands away from him as he slowly entered the Core Room.

The Core Room consisted of two decks, in the center a large Nuclear Reactor powered the entire station, strangely enough there were no engineers or technicians around, the upper level was connected to the lower level by a pair of ladders on both sides of the room and the edge of the upper level was protected by a railing. Voss could see terminals lining the walls as well as power-conduits that wormed their way into the walls and ceiling of the room, taking energy from the reactor to each section of the station. As he made his way into the room he was surprised when he received a hit to the chest-plate of his armour, the force made him stagger back slightly but didn't penetrate, taking a quick look around he saw the shooter on the upper deck, crouching behind the rail as he took another shot at Voss.

He unfortunately for the man didn't feel like taking another hit to the chest, he crouched into a shooting posture and repaid the favor by returning fire with a flurry of plasma bolts. Two of the bolts hit the rail, causing sparks to fly as plasma met metal, but the third bolt struck home as the man was caught in the stomach and crumbled to the ground harmlessly.

Satisfied he holstered his pistol and rose from his posture, eyeing the area before moving to one of the lower-level's computers. As he logged on he started to deactivate power to the security cameras and internal defenses. One by one the systems went down as Voss worked...Trying to help end this seige as fast as possible by softening up the defenses...

Boss was at the VIP section, away from harm's way when the transmitter started glowing. "They are attempting to access the systems.." he said to himself with a smirk, slowly walking to a quiet area where he could handle the operation with ease. "First, activate the false power-conduit overload." He tinkered with a tablet from the devices and after pressing a series of keys, the alarm went off, a louad noise and red lights everywhere. "Warning, plasma conduit overload imminent, evacuate immidiately." Boss set the explosions' detonation timer to 15 seconds. With a big grin, as he was executing his plan flawlessly he left to meet up with the VIPs on the floor. "15 seconds till the big boom, time to meet up with the rest and brace myself. It's going to be very ugly... for them." 15 seconds untill anything alive in Deck 6 and 8 and all valuable information along with the lane monitoring equipment were destroyed.

Franz and Kurtt looked at each other curiously on the ride down, not saying anything to the marines escorting them. Facial expressions were exchanged between them trying to communicate a plan to get rid of their captors once the handcuffs were taken off. Though, no plan was really able to be devised since one of the marines kept glancing over at them, and each would then go back to their blank expressions.

The ride down continued, and they waited.

Frederick finished his slow climb up to Deck 10, having a moment to spare before breaching through towards the station's bridge, he comms Voss, "Hansel, again this is Krieg Schwein. Just about to breach die-" A loud explosion cuts off the Oberleutnant, his comm suddenly filled with static as the station shakes.

The Oberleutnant and his marines are thrown to the ground, actually toppling the mech over. Which ironically saves their lives as the fireball engulfs much of the Station's maintenance stairs. Clambering back to their feet Frederick frantically comms Voss, "Herr V-... Hansel.. What in Gott's name was that?! Suddenly fire -everywhere-..." He shakes his head, "Whatever.." still in shock from the explosion he accidentally leaves the comm open, "Herren! We are -taking- this station now!. No more casualties! No more *static* around!"

The mech's armored leg quickly slams the reinforced door open with a very audible crash. The Oberleutnant screaming into the Bridge, "All of you! Onto der ground! NOW! Failure to comply und you will be shot! Traitorous actions like that will -not- be tolerated!" For effect, every single weapon system the mech has whirrs, spins, and powers to life, all audible, and all very, very visual. The marines filing in behind the mech motioning for the crew to get down.

Finally realizing the comm is still open he snarls loudly enough to be heard locally, "Hansel I'm sure you heard. But der Bridge is -mine-. Und if any of these fools want to be a hero I'll be glad to oblige. I left Schütze Koch down a few levels. He hasn't reported in." The tone in the Oberleutnant's voice was colder than the void that loomed outside of the station.

Oberstabsgefreiter Kleiner yawned as the elevator ride was about halfway to its destination, opening his mouth to say something to the Schütze he suddenly found himself on the deck as the station shook. Scrambling to his feet bringing his gun to bear frantically shouting, "What was that!" glancing over to the flickering controls he adds, "Oh Gottkanzler preserve us! Der Elevator is kaput!" Emphasizing his words the lighting in the elevator goes out. The two marines luckily had their nightvision built into their armor, the civilians however were not so lucky.

Shouting at the Schütze, "Alright damage control! See if this piece of junk is fixable!" Snapping into disciplined training schütze Richtopher quickly responds, "Jawohl Oberstabsgefreiter! I am on it!"
