So by that logic, no drugs should be restricted because you can get them anyways?

Mind you, that train of thought have even more dramatic consequences.

EDIT: More than 200 live rounds was fired from that particular carbine.

And how did you get that from what I said?

I didn't say anything about restriction, I just said it is easy enough to get a weapon without the need for a printer.

Ok, sorry I thought it was an argument in the discussion rather than just a statement.

It's in flood because flood is good for randomness and discussions totally unrelated to Disco and gaming.

Mimir, read "The Singularity Is Near" by Ray Kurzweil and you'll understand why such things are inevitable.

Actually that's what this section is for, but whatever, man.

Mind if I make myself at home here and toss a few unrelated gifs about? Well of course you don't, it's Flood.

That reminds me of an article I read in New Scientist recently...

http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg2142...he-digital.html
<strike>http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn2170...3d-printer.html</strike>

Food for thought, I suppose.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot that I was logged in and that the full version of the article isn't readable unless you're a subscriber - strikethrough applied. There's plenty of other reading material on the subject accessible through Google, for those who are interested, including parts of the original research paper.
