And back on topic - I have some extra points on Xbox live just sitting there. I'm buying my house tomorrow. I know, I already have a house mod on the PC version - but now, getting a house on Xbox? Oh, yeah...

On PC there are ways around the max, otherwise it's 81.
I got my first character up to level 81 using the Oghama Infinium cheat - which apparently is no longer possible due to fixes. Since then I've made two full run-throughs on the Xbox but I just maxed out about level 60, because there wasn't much point anymore after that to try to increase my level.
You can really, REALLY break the game with magic enchantments. Dual enchantments, ring that increases my hit points by 3 billion, and increase my healing rate by 3 billion percent. Necklace that increases my magic by 3 billion points, increase magic regeneration rate by 3 billion percent. Minor things like that really take the challenge out of things.
