I ended up hitting Alte as I am Lily Hale. I pretty much told him none of what is linked in that thread is usable since it's essentially metagaming for most of it (player list groups, weird shadow brokers). So myself, I'm not going to use any of it just so you know.

your base was found by me after i logged in literally 10k away from it where my Hyperspace Scanner ship was left after the server restart the previous day. just finished getting coords for Humboldt to jump the OC's there when i saw it. wasnt meta-gaming. just freak accident.

That LR- was me, it was basically some 'follow up' RP from an event done.
The short story is - Pita is a kid, she captured Lambert, he got away, he feels sorry for Pita and wants to get her to join the 'good' side where they can protect her. She is seriously considering it, and the way the RP is going, it would be more OORP for the [LN] to have shot her then let her go.
I didn't forbid anyone to shoot them, I had asked people to wait until we had finished there, once we had, it was fair game for all. Thinking about it, I did tell the Molly not to shoot as they came across as very trigger happy and weren't interested in letting us finish what we were doing and it wasn't cool (Still don't get what the Molly was doing there anyway, us LR- respect you guys enough not to cause trouble in Bretonia, think the favour could be returned? Apparently not).
Pita didn't give the [LN] a reason to shoot her, and the [LN] didn't give Pita a reason to shoot them. So we all went home at the end of it. Not everyone on the server follows the 'red is dead' frame of mind.

Seems a [M] in Liberty is very oorp, especially seeing as you are claiming on your own bounty.
As leader of LR-, I tend to try and ignore oorp people as best as I am able.

Having had one pleasant encounter with young miss Pita, I feel the need to add to what Widow said.
Pita's light fighter pirated my Bison the other day, sitting motionless in front of my ten type 2 turrets. It would take all of 2 seconds for me to obliterate that little nuisance, even less if I chainfired. But the way the encounter took place changed my perspective, since INRP, my character could not harm a pre teen pirate unless my characters life depended on it. At no point did Pita make death threats to my character, and in the end a hint of requiring assistance guilted my character into making a donation.
So as has been said, just because you CAN pop a target, Doesent nessasarilly mean you should. It all depends on the circumstances of the encounter.

OK seeing as from what I have seen of Alts posts hes just a rager, Ill ignore his silly threats, but Widow is worth replying to:
I accept that The LN and LR may not want to shoot each other, thats fine, thats your own RP. Im all for freedom of RP. But right in front of Manhatten in front of a bunch of witnesses? You want freedm of RP, but do you want the consequences? Whats the LN going to say to his superiors? I let that rogue fly away because I have a crush on her? Whats the Rogue going to say to the many unlawful witnesses? I was thinking about joining hi- BLAM.
I was the Molly. I was in NY hunting LN for the ROGUE bounty board. Which we are registered on. And I have to say I am VERY shocked that apparently the LEADER? of the Rogues doesnt know about his own bounty board? Is that right? Is that why you havnt been paying it? I just... You say Its OORP for an [M] to be in NY, and that Im claiming on my own bounty - WTF? I dont even have a bounty on that guy! - and yet you dont know that YOU are the reason we're there?! I just dont get you!
Anyway, I arrived looking to hunt LN for the Rogues, I find one, and the Rogue tells me not to shoot it. You might notice that I DIDNT shoot it, even though I wanted to, because you asked me not to. That doesnt mean I agree with you, but I did it anyway. You called me trigger happy, unwilling to let you finish and uncool. I was a merc for hire who only got paid if he killed, of course I would be trigger happy! I was also an ally of the Rogues, of course I wouldnt want some LN guy seducing a rogue into turning traitor! Yet I still didnt attack because you asked me not to.
Are you a person who believes that shooting is not part of roleplay?
Both of them DID give reasons for the others to shoot them. Surely you havnt forgotten that LR and LN are ENEMIES? You pay people (me) to kill them, thats how much you want them dead, you cant even do it fast enough yourself. They in turn bounty you, and its the LAW that the LN must arrest or kill the Rogue. Sure you guys may have had RP reasons running counter to this, but how did it look to everyone else?
However, I am sorry I did not raise this INRP, its just the way things are with my com messages to the LR, and the bounty board, I expected to just be ignored.
Finally, Alt, when someone posts feedback you dont like, and you react badly and agressivly, its just, its the worst thing you can do. Read your own topic's subtitle.
