Ok if you think the Hussar is great then please do this one thing for me, go fly an Eagle for about 5-10 minutes then swap to your Hussar and tell me that it is a great ship. (if you actualy do that you will see what I mean)
Right....comparing Hussars to eagles is a loosing fight.
But, as I recall, SF, got slapped for using Snubnose Bombers, the QCwhatever has always stuck to its Bret ships.
True, the Bret ships aren't exactly the greatest ships on the server.
But, they are Bretonian ships, and the QCRF is DAMN PROUD to be flying Bretonian ships, and using Bretonian guns.
Bret ships, are what the Bretonian Military should use, no exceptions, and I do not give a rats ass whether or not they can get beat hands down by a chimera.
The only reason I brough the Eagle up is because it and the Hussar turn the same. As to not being able to take somone on in a Hussar... well to be honest unless they are really bad then no I can't take somone on in a ship with 2 less gun, less powerful weapons, less armor and a lower generator that turns almost the same.
As to the comment about the SF being moaned at for using the RH bomber, we never used them after we got our own bomber and before we got ours we used them to keep enemy capital ships under control.
But this is going to deteriorate into flames so I will end it now by saying that I leave the decision with the other SF members.

Mate, first of all, that is why we have RP.
You can't just go around and use whatever ships you want, so long as they can "take on" the other ships. Disco is an RP server, not a PvP server. Frankly, I don't really give whether or not a match is won or lost, as long as RP is conserved.
We value your opinion, and your thoughts on the SF being handed over to Unselie are legitimate, but frankly, you were not here to fill the power vacuum. Unselie was.
If you have a problem with this, take it up with Hyperwave, not her.

Kiggles, I'm sorry, but the SF were gone. There were only one or two active members, the Admins were close to removing it from official factions, just the same as the AW, and Hyperwave gave it to me to try and bring it back to life.
Thats what I'm trying to do: Trying to bring Bretonian RP back to life.
That may not be what the SF was in the past, but that's what it came close to during my time here. The SF was the major, commanding Bretonian faction, it died. One way or another, the SF would not exist today, either the admins would have axed it, or I could absorb it into what was then the QCO, and is now the QCRF.
Now, I admit, the QCO was not exactly a healthy faction, the same as Bretonia was rather empty. Bretonia is still empty, but I am trying my damned hardest to fix Bretonia, and bring it into the sort of Strong, Solid RP, that I expect from such an RP server as discovery.
You aren't helping. I gave you Commodore status, because it seems you have seniority over Stratus, which, I might add, is the same rank as any of my characters. I'm offering you a vote in the admiralty board, which means a voice in the future of the faction. All this is a gesture of my goodwill, for a faction in general, and you in particular, and you have spit on it.
Please don't make me regret my decision. I have tried to be even handed an magnanimous, but at the end of the day, I do have final say over any Bretonian faction, and that is essentially what Hype gave me when he gave me Salisbury.
I have to say Even though I have been off the server for 6 months I used to serve under Admiral Firebird I was SFBC-Cichlid and I enjoyed the SF the way that Firebird had made it.(No offense to Hyperwave much respect) I think it should be rebuilt into what it was. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I would ask for control but being offline for so long I don't see me in that position. I implore you to think about that though I know you are used to a New generation SF but I believe you would enjoy the ideas I have to offer.

Since you've been inactive for the last little while, I'll excuse you for not knowing that it was, infact 'broke'.
Neither Me, nor Kiggles have the time required to lead a faction. Therefore Unselie has command. Hyperwave, Kiggles and I all came to the decision of handing it to an external party if you will. It was not a rash decision.
