A question about Cloaking devices...

I own a light cloaking device. I want to mount it on my Rheinland Heavy Bomber which has 150 cargo space.

The light cloak has a cargo limit of "120" - Does that mean it won't be able to fit on my bomber?

If not, then the next size up (Medium cloak) takes up 200 cargo space to mount so it wouldn't be possible to use it on the bomber either.

I just need an explanation thanks.

Have you tryed mounting it yet? The cloak will take your Countermeasure slot so make sure you have no Countermeasure installed. Once installed buy some fuel and try and take it for a spin out side.

Just to bear in mind as well, novas i belive take up 10 cargo, incaps take up 5, not sure on SNACs and the cloak its self takes up 20 cargo space

Actually you can mount it and have it there for looks. But when you try to cloak it wont work. I had a Barghest with 1 and it didnt work. Try the lighter bomber of RM it should work on that. I have 1 on my roc and I can cloak for 35 seconds. Hope this helps

Obviously..I just don't understand why they would make it so only certain ships can use a cloak. Its more advantageous to have a bomber use a cloak anyways
