~indentGreetings and salutations to the Bretonian War Cabinet. I am Henry Wellington, spokesperson for the Wellington Group. The Wellington Group is a family-run investment group that controls certain businesses, such as Wellington Savings & Loan, which is a relatively small banking and loan service, and Wallace Metal Service, formerly a BMM affiliate. I am contacting the War Cabinet today on behalf of WMS to inquire regarding the construction of a space station within New London space, to serve as a replacement for the "non-functional" Wallace Metal Facility. We understand that the normal fee for zoning rights is in the range of hundreds of millions of Sirius Credits, however we were hoping that given the invaluable nature of the services the proposed facility would provide to Bretonia's Armed Forces and her citizens, as well as the long and proud record the Wellington Group has regarding investment into Bretonian corporations and national infrastructure, perhaps the fee could be lessened or waived. I eagerly await the War Cabinet's judgement regarding this matter.

To: Henry Wellington, Wellington Group & Wallace Metal Services. From: Arthur Harper, Bretonian Commission of Modular Base Construction and Maintenance (BCM₂) RE: Permits. CC: BMM Board HQ.
BCM₂ has been investigating your case and has stumbled across one factor you may not be aware of. The trademark for the name "Wallace Metal Facility" was not affiliated with the Wallace corporate umbrella group, but rather with the prime investor / previous station administrator. Due to this, it would be a legal infringement of his rights to re-create the installation. Another appropriate name to bypass these restrictions could be "Wellington Metal Facility." BCM2 wishes to state that your installation will be permitted on the following terms:
The Zone 1 registration fee of 350 million credits for the construction of an installation in the New London system is paid.
You will strictly adhere to all points laid out within the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar law, most specifically, Chapter Five and subclauses 5.4 and 5.5
You may wish to liaise with Interspace Commerce, seeing as they already operate "Malahide Spaceport" at the same location, fulfilling the purpose of the re-sale of Gold Ore, and the protection of the Dublin jump gate. The registration fees will not be waived as no particularly exceptional service is being rendered, given the context.
All funds are to be transferred to the QCG|HMS-Victory.

Good day, I am Kessan Duncan and I would like to respond to Mr Arthur Harper. Although it is true I originally personally registered the name Wallace Metal Facility, as I recall it was registered alongside the Wallace Metal Service's name. As it would be ridiculous for one individual to own the name of a corporation, rather than the corporation bearing that name, I should think that the WMS Company could be reasonably assumed to bear the same rights over the name of the only asset it ever fully owned, namely the Wallace Metal Facility itself.
In the events of some bureaucratic nonsense precluding the possibility of all of the above, let it be known that I officially extend permission to utilize Wallace Metal Facility's name, and all variations and derivations thereof, to the Wellington Group and its subsidiary of Wallace Metal Services.
Trusting the above is sufficient,
Signed,
Kessan Duncan, founder of Wallace Metal Facility, Wallace Metal Services Company.

~indentGreetings, Mr Harper. It is good to receive a response regarding this matter. Concerning the name of the facility, we were unaware of its status, though it seems that Mr Kessel has cleared up any difficulties in that particular respect. With your consent, the registration fee shall be transferred, and we will begin contacting various shipping groups regarding initializing construction.

~indentI was reviewing this channel and noticed that our accountants had not transferred the registration fee for the Facility, and I would like to express my deepest regrets at the delay. The incompetents responsible have been, of course, told to search for employment elsewhere, and I have transferred the payment myself. I hope that now everything is in order, and Wallace's construction may commence. We only await the final authorization from BCM₂ before we will proceed.
