Dear Mr. Holmes,
it is a pleasure to hear from you. We are glad that you survived the destruction of your ship.
I got confirmation that you were hired in the battle and as agreed, you are paid for your effort and the successful destruction of two enemy vessels. I am pretty sure the IMG mechanics on Java can fix your ship and I am pretty sure that you will be able to foot the bill.
Thank you for your courage and good luck for the future.

Dear Sirs and Madams of the Research Department,
I was given some data from a group of miners that would like to remain anonymous. It is prospection data of - and you will find it hard to believe - Omicron Alpha. Seems that these miners were heavily intoxicated, but the samples are real.
They took samples of, and I quote in parts:
> A "rock near the Tau 37 hole that was hostile and shot back"
> A base called Albion Light in the orbit of Malta
> Metallurgic samples of a ship called Hispania
> A brown moon near planet Malta
> Some atmospheric samples of Malta
> Metallurgic samples of Shipyard and Mooring Fixture near Malta
Even though in my personal opinion this was a completely stupid and reckless activity, perhaps the data can be used for something.
So I was piloting Marsupial today when a Mandalorian Merc dropped by Tau-23. Didn't think he was dumb enough to follow me into Tau-39, but he did. Attempts to find out from him more about the bounty on IMG| only ended up in a demand for 10mil for him to leave us alone. The combined efforts of Joshua Warren, several IMG Guard units, Siloso's defenses, and myself resulted in a scrapped Orca in Tau-39.
Siloso's defenses were activated, and the shield came on for a short while, just in case of a suicide ram by the Mando. However, once the threat was neutralized, the Siloso operators turned the shield off for friendlies to resume normal activity.
Expect increased hostile activity in the area, folks.
The recent patrols in the Tau and Omega regions were a high success, as several priority target's vessels have been destroyed by the IMG Defense wings.

This is convoy leader, Julia Morrow reporting. The mining operation was attacked by two Outcast bombers.
The transports managed to retreat successfully, only minimal amounts of floating ore were lost. In the ensuing fight, an Annapurna was damaged and one Outcast bomber exploded also. The second bomber escaped heavily damaged.
Combat assessment: The Annapurnas did great in defending themselves against the Outcast raiders. Good armament is imperative to stand against bombers, though.
Before the operation, Corse ships spotted some potentially hostiles, a Pirate Asco and a Corsair gunboat. Both were engaged and taken out.
After the filling was completed, the convoy departed and recived an emergency call for help from a Colonial transport. He was under attack by an Asco gunboat.
I decided to take the firepower of the convoy against him and we successfully destroyed the target. Massed transport fire proved too much for the gunboat. The small transports proved very useful after we lost the Union Corse fighter to the gunboat. They kept the boat disrupted and the transports finished it.
We arrived safely at Berlin and returned Basic Alloys to Falster.
A good operation, littered with the remains of opposing ships. A success.
Julia Morrow
Convoy Leader

Dear Dr. Clayton Bessler,
Sorry for the delay. The samples have been transferred to the R&D Section. We hope that you can use the gathered samples and put the data to good use.
Today's patrols in the Omega and Tau regions resulted in several targets being eliminated.
One Corsair Cruiser was destroyed under Falster's support fire, I led him into the crossfire after he engaged into a fight between myself, a Brotherhood pilot and a Junker pirate, very close to the Freeport; both targets were neutralized along with a Corsair Correo close to Falster. Three Outcasts in Tau-23, one within the close vicinity of Java station were terminated, aswell.

Laura Huntington, reporting for Sunday, 12/9
Cardamine Interdiction:
I intercepted a smuggler today. He was flying a Pirate Transport full of Cardamine through T23. When he did not answer but ran towards Cali rock, I opened up on him with the Hellfire rockets of the Niobium Chisel. He will not deliver this load of Cardamine.
Tau 23 Patrol:
We sent Tutashkhia into the emergency docks, burning. The Asco gave us some trouble. No losses, though, in this fight.
Earlier we engage an Outcast Destroyer that exploded soon after. Sadle a Nova hit the Destroyer while a Colonial friendly was close. It detonated as well. The pilot was taken to Java MedBay asap.
Orkney-Lewis Chase:
We chased "Logistics" into Orkney and later Lewis. We managed to take out the Outcast Destroyer that was with him but be escaped us. We lost one bomber. The Gallic Repairship "Monsieur" has helped the Outcast and is a kill on sight.
Tau 37 Combat Patrol
After yesterday's very successful fighting in Tau 23 against the Outcast, their counter strike was too much for the IMG. We retreated after suffering several losses. The Guardian Angel was heavily damaged and needs to get towed back. The forces retreated when it became clear that the situation was hopeless. 4 crew of the Angel have been injured.
A few days ago two vessels type Pirate Transport, presumably used for smuggling and/or human trafficking were eliminated by IMG wings in Kyushu system during an engagement between a patrol and Outcast forces.
In a recent engagement within the Java perimeter ...
