GC have a very different ideology (matriarchy) from the presumably patriarchal imperialism of the Blood Dragons, so assuming they are similiar wouldn't work well for a faction.

The NovaPG were originally Hessians. I think that's what elgatodiablo meant by them not being "true Dragons", which is not exactly true, given how they have integrated so well into the Dragons.

I'd personally prefer a more generic blood dragon faction - but dont count on me to lead it!
Beside, NovaPG can't possibly be the leaders of all Blood Dragons (I think?) so... well yeah thats my opinion, someone could obviously make a Blood faction to unite the independents.
