Of course it has. When 4.86 first hit, you would see a few TS'ing cau8 Camara's before everyone knew what ts'ing was about and how it worked. Been a while since I've seen one, but they are still out there.

The Cap8 is ridiculously overpriced for a freighter, a Cap7 will have the same effect for half the price.
