Alright I've discussed with the rest of the HC Group.We would like to make an Alteration suggestion to the Logo.

We've been thinking about this. Give it a background, in the shape of a shield, using Rheinlands flag as the color scheme on the shield ,and on that embed the Logo with the "Rheinland Federal Police" and the words "Protect" and "Serve".
