I have just delivered the first batch of 2950 containers of refined silver to our contractor. The flight was as uneventful as it can get, nothing but empty space left and right. I hope things will heat up a bit once my Eagle is ready for use in Herr Von-Geld's security squadron. But whatever, it has been a long and busy first day of work, so I will only head back to Rheinland tomorrow and spend the night on the station. Und before anyone is asking questions - Nein, this is not additional free time, I only want to avoid lighting up in flames when I accidentally hit a gas miner on the way back because I was too tired to pilot, ja?

After a few stressful hours the 8200 pieces of Aluminium ore have arrived at Stokes. Our trip started off smooth, Manfred (DHC-Essen) and I were ahead of our schedule. Departing at 2:00 pm from Raubling we made our way onward to Leeds. Once we entered Omega-3 bad things were about to happen. We couldn't see what was ahead of us due a shortage of scouts available at that time. From Freeport one I could see a firely being forced to pay some of his earnings to a Corsair. Knowing we had to cross our way through there we could wait or help the guy in danger out of trouble. We didn't even discuss what we should do. Both determined to safe the helpless Firefly we moved in, removing the scum with force. Despite he flew a gunboat we managed to take him down. Just seconds later another gunboat arrived, trying to assist but it was too late. He sought revanche and try to take us down, which ofcourse failed. Slightly damaged we repaired our ships at the Freeport and moved on to Leeds, delivering the good without any trouble. While we flew to Leeds we met a Bounty Hunter, ofcourse we hired him after this shocking event. We picked up some ship hull panels and headed back to Rheinland. At the New London gate in Leeds we met another gunboat, but this time it was an Outcast. Yet again we managed to take it down. Nothing worth mentioning happend on our way back. We all returned safely.

Koeln, the 19th.



- Bergbau Depot : We have finished the first of the three planned extension. This Mining Depot is now equipped with a weapon platform and a cargo pod extension. This new born station could in theory begins its duty for our miners. We are clarifing details on how we set the commerce side up. We can only allow 20k of free cargo storage unit to be functionnal at the moment. The rest is still occupied by our brave zeroG workers. Update about this soon !

- Any cargo captain who wish to make profit by helping us building it, even for one journey, is more than welcome and will be well paid.
- Any fighter pilot who wish to protect us building it, will get a very nice wage.


We are now mainly focused on the construction of this Depot. We work for it in order to reach those goals :

- Creating a new infrastructure to mine Aluminium and to moor cargo and miner ships directly in the aluminium field for DHC
- Creating a new shelter for all Rheinlanders in Koeln
- Creating new trades from Koeln and its strategic position to Bretonnia.
- Seat Daumann influence on Koeln system
- Launching a recruitment campaign by showing DHC dynamism to people via the main Rheinland media stream.
- Give hope to all of us. Proving that despite the war, Rheinland will be strong and stronger.

Despite our charged agenda, we, |CMB|, would like to state this :

- Any of you requiering a fast and big transport solution can call us ( available cargo capacity : btw 20k and 26k ). We will be honored to help you.

Guten tag! Ivonne Wolffe reporting from The Ring.

Today we had a very interesting interaction with an assortment of unlawful individuals ranging from a gallic gunboat to a Unioner Hel.
Initially I was patrolling Omega 7, as you know, I'm stationed at Briesen. I met up with an incoming convoy and escorted them to Berlin, I know I know; not authorized to leave my base system are of operations... But I needed a new transponder so I took the chance to go there and get a new one for my Roc.

After the convoy left, I got a notice of bogeys spotted above Berlin's plane; just as I undocked there was a gallic gunboat just outside planet New Berlin, and a Unioner Hel above the planet. These guys apparently were working together.

First was this overconfident Gallic guy asking for 2 "milordie", I mean, if you are coming all the way to Rheinland, to do something you could one system away from your own house, you could at least have the decency speak in an understandable way right? I guess you can't ask much from this kind of scum...

He fired a torpedo at me, of course it didnt come close. Following corporate protocol I waited for reinforcements and then we proceeded to show him how we have fun in Rheinland

We then attempted to destroy the Unioner cruiser, 15k above the plane but the coordination was far from good. Eventually the skirmish took us back to the capital's orbit where we found a RF bomber doing what they do best, blowing up.

A highly precise supernova shot by yours truly put an end to his college marxist phase.

After the RF was destroyed I resumed the pursuit of the Unioner cruiser, eventually the chasing group destroyed the pirate for good.

I wasn't aware core space had gotten so much fun, but anyway after my transponder is fixed I'll be heading back to Briesen, for now this is all I have to report

Koeln, the 23th.



- Bergbau Depot : Work is progressing as planned. Two more turrets have been assembled and are now operating. The focus is now on the next core upgrade. All cargo are fully deployed and are working on extended shifts. Our maintenance crew on repair ships will take special care on structurals and engines due to those long and heavy duties.
Unfortunately, we haven’t establish the base commercial importations yet as talks are still taking place. Miners can contact |CMB| captains for direct talks if they want to work without delays on the field.

- URGENT ! We would like to contact the Miner representative of DHC. His view and skills are needed in order to set prices of Aluminum Ore purchase in the Depot. We want to fix a really fair price for miners. It is the only way to develop the Koeln system.

Security Wing report, following incidents occured recently:

Omega-7


Pilot Steinhorst patrolled mining fields with Major Sittlingen from Rheinwehr, simple trip turned into meeting with IMG, Reavers, Bounty Hunters, Reapers, what, after call for help from passing by trader, ended up with destruction of Korsair gunboat, which questioned, opened fire at Major's fighter without warning. Luckily Wraith's Daumann-made shields are strong, and barbaric Korsair hadn't the best aiming software installed.

Notice how Major ignored insulting Rheinland by IMG, claiming he's "not interested in corporate quarrels". This can be very useful material in the Future.

Few days later Bowex convoy was under attack from hessian gunboat and Gallic Junker....ship, whatever it is. Convoy was succesfuly defended with terrorist gunboat destroyed in the process, and Gallic Junker vessel cloaked. However, what is the most interesting in that incident, are Bowex captain words, about "good hessian-Bretonia relations".

Hamburg


Libertonian strike force in power of taskforce, including several capital ships, was detected in Hamburg system, as one of our pilots was in New Berlin at that time, he responded call for help from Rheinwehr, and supported Military in combat. All agressors were killed/forced to flee.

Rheinwehr needed help against hessian forces, pilot Steinhorst currently passing by from The Ring after repairs to Briesen in Omega-7 engaged nearby terrorist fighters, due to high risk of Ion Storm disengaged after few minutes, using fact other hessians were busy fighting Rheinwehr Secondarflotte pilot.

Outcast gunboat was spotted close to the lane between New Berlin and Frankfurt gate, our bomber was calling Rheinwehr to remove threat when Outcast suddenly attacked, after brief but intense fight threat was removed.

2 cruisers, one unioner and one hessian, were destroyed by combined lawful forces as well, after loss of 2 capital ships terrorist forces shouldn't try to risk loss of another valuable vessels any time soon.

2 hessian bombers were eliminated, but line from Mannheim to Berlin gate is still under constant threat of pirate raids, our transports shouldn't travel there without escort.

After redeployment of 2 security wings to Rugen, situation calmed down a little, but it still is dangerous, terrorist raids on Rugen are more often, hessians use hit and run tactic, instead of fighting as equals with our forces in the area, they prey on transports with supplies for station now. Perhaps smaller and faster freighters would supply Rugen with fewer losses than armored transports.

Convoys report Libertonian presence continually increases, now except Liberty Navy Primaryflotte battleships secondarflotte moved in, one of convoys met even Liberty Security Force transports.

I was busy in the recent weeks, reporting shipments, encounters, even kills. Ja, my Uruz's guns are dangerous and I use them a lot, with piracy on the rise. Starting report, I loaded 4110 containers of High-Temperature Alloys for Alexandros Investments, our Kusarian customer from New Tokyo, and delivered not bothered by pirates. On the way from Leipzig to jump gate I met Kruger miner in Dresden, coming from Kruger's field with only few Uncut Diamond containers, we had short talk, he said it's next to impossible to mine Diamonds in Dresden, seems like that system is really mined out entirely. Well, guess good for us, as we have entire Omega-11. If we become total monopolists on that market, does it mean my salary will be increased?

In Kusari I was questioned by friendly Kusarianische Militar pilots about my destination, and I was escorted by them. One pilot behaved quite weird, but well, as long as they shoot pirates and are friendly... In Kusari other Daumann transports joined me, as their crews were resting, and ships were under repairs after Outcasts attacked earlier convoy in Sigma-13. We loaded Ship Hull Pannels for Samura outpost in Nagano system, but we couldn't buy Platinum Ore for way back to Rheinland, as there was none stocked at the station. We called Samura miners, and found, on the other side of Sirius, DSE thief stealing Kusarian ore. They steal from Omega-7, they steal from Nagano...

The other day in Frankfurt I noticed ALG ship coming from restricted Westerwalde nebula, suprisingly Rheinwehr pilot ignored it....Maybe ALG has secret deal with Militar? Oh I suppouse I shouldn't have said that.

We met even Outcast destroyer outside Freeport 1, and IMG battlecruiser in Leeds! Clearly Bretonians can't handle pirates, enemies, and people challenging their authority.

We formed convoy with group of subcontractors, and safely got to Leeds and back, that was gute day.

Convoy with hired (incompetent, turned out) hunter was attacked by Union Corse bomber in New London, between Southampton and jump gate to Leeds. Hunter could ask us is BPA or Orbital ship threat to us, but ignored suspicious bomber staying suscpiciously close to the trade lane. Instead of keeping close to us, idiot tried even to catch bomber in a gunboat! More, BPA pilot just stood there and watched as that son of a hessian attacks us, he didn't engage! That resulted in one transport lost, we immediately recovered escape pods, naturlich, and as HMS-Vigilance was after forced to flee pirate, we succesfully delivered ore to Stokes, and loaded Ship Hull Pannels for Oder. Departing from Leeds, that very same Police officer questioned me even, weren't that -we- who opened fire first. Zis ist unacceptable!...

After I delivered Hull Pannels to Oder, I loaded Consumer Goods for Raubling, including toilettenpaper and new toothpaste from Cryer factories. Travelling through Frankfurt, scans of DSE subcontractor's and Orbital main employee's ships revealed Uncut Diamonds onboards. I didn't know we mine those for DSE and Orbital, but business is business, I think.

When I returned to Berlin from Munich, and delivered more refined Aluminium for Ring, I helped some Zoner unload his cargo to Berlin, as Rheinland law doesn't allow them to dock any transport with cargo hold bigger than Borderworlds Transport, and, obviously, capital ships, which are banned from our space entirely.

Reporting yesterday's Dresden patrol.

I launched from The Ring with full supply of fuel and ammunition, and headed towards Brandeburg station, brief contact with LWB rookies, all KIA. Way from Brandenburg to Dresden went smoothly, no hostile contacts. Jump to Dresden was succesful, this time there wasn't ambush on the other side of the gate. I docked to the lane to Bautzen and entered AO. I disrupted from FTL flight after few minutes only, scanner picked up readings of hostile and friendly contacts; Primaryflotte Wraith piloted by Gefreiter Elias Beist fighting "armee" craft used by Sigurd.Falkenbusch. Once Gefreiter Beist confirmed request for assistance, I activated weapons and engaged enemy. Terrorist pilot wasn't skilled as some of his allies, but incoming Ion Storm made skrimish difficult. During fight scanner released readings of Polizei and Secondaryflotte vessels in close proximity, which didn't engage due to problems caused by Storm. Gefreiter's Wraith was severely damaged already when I arrived, and was shot down by the terrorist; I tractored pod and returned with it later to Bautzen station. At some point dueling bandit became impossible, we both broke off. I docked at Bautzen and released Gefreiter where he waited for next transport to Berlin, replenished ammunition and fuel supply, and launched for fields inspection.

Mentioned earlier Secondaryflotte gunboat, U-99, accompanied me on my request, during patrol we carefully checked Kruger and Daumann Lavafelds, as well way from Leipzig to Altenburg, no sign of hostiles. We returned to Leipzig safely, and I used Daumann Unexpected Expenses Account to transfer 100 000 Krediten captain of U-99 as a payment for cooperation. On my way back I met freelancer miner Malign in Kusari transport, who intended to mine in such ship, in Dresden additionally. I instructed him about basics of mining business, and advised to sign contract with Daumann. No enemy forces spotted on my way back from Dresden, not bothered I returned to The Ring safe.

When I was patrolling those wrecks in Omega-15 a Zoner called and asked for help on a mining operation there.
Then he told me that he and his friends buildet up a base called Freeport 101 near planet Skagen and that they are surching for a mining company like Daumann to install a diamond tradeline starting there, going through deep space for big profit.

The Red Hessians have refused to work with the Zoners. So thats Daumanns chance to become a part of that buisness

On advice of Herrn Mueller I went to Omega-15 to meet the Zoner he told me about. I found him and the base they have build and helped him to store a first load of diamonds there. For this I accepted his offer off 1500 Credits for every diamond.
