I can not see balance
With pirate ID you have no limit and with pirate hunter ID you have so much limit.

Speaking of If you can travel with small ship why should be there limit with big one why BHG can not do special mission with BS by hunting dangerous pirate BS in whole universe?

Maybe make that BHG can travel with any ship same as pirate to any zone of BHG Influence.

With pirate ID you have no limit and with pirate hunter ID you have so much limit.

With the pirate ID you always have to make demands, any other faction pirate ID has to make demands, at least if it's about traders, giving the other one a chance to buy him out of the situation.

Space is dangerous. If you want the police to help you, you help them first by paying them to do so.
As trader you does not pay any annual taxes right?
So you got bad service. It is game mechanics flaw but it is there. Pirates should be a way worse as they are actually, this would motivate the traders to use police or escort help.
If you hire professional escorts you wont need police at all.
You can also pay donations to the police factions in all houses and ask them to add you on their emergency channels.
It is RP server, so in such you must put yourself in the role,you do what your character would do, if you see anywhere truck with tank to protect him on the street then it would be ok to protect trade trucks with capital ships, or may be each truck got one police car traveling with him?
If you are willing to receive help without paying in credits or efforts for it well it is not how it works sadly.
You also keep the whole profit of your trade runs for you right?
Why the rest should help you instead minding their own business and do the same as you?
If you manage to find answers for those 2 questions you would solve your problem.

With cruiser pirates around, totally unbalanced cloaks, there's no chance of succesfully defending entire convoy once it's caught. Even bomber or two can easily destroy transport before it gets to the closest station. In such situation you never hire escort for convoy/transport, because nothing is able to save it. You hire scout, checking lanes ahead and warning you about anything suspicious. Are police players helpful in that? Depends, some are more competent, some are less, but all cannot leave their house space and bordering systems. From my experience bounty hunters/freelancers are more competent of such tasks, and can scout entire way to your destination and back.

Well, unfortunately, gameplay and RP are intertwined.
You cannot have a discussion about gameplay mechanics, without a bit of roleplay thrown in. Namely because of the nature of the server.

Game play is fine as it is.
I don't see how BHG battleships not being able to enter house space suddenly causes a huge cataclysm that forces every single player to go up in arms complaining about how Discovery has screwed over their gaming life.

Pirate ID means you are hostile to almost every godamn station out there and every bloody lawful wants your head. No, it is not imbalanced. In fact, I think being a BHG is much easier than being a pirate. Especially with the added fact that everytime I pirate somebody, I end up getting Q_Qs and silent F1ing traders.

Did you even read my post? Because a BS is a huge ship that would threaten the sovereignty of a house. It's like having your neighbour decide to park his car in -your- garage. You'd be mad.

Not to mention that BHG capital ships are supposed to be in low supply. They need those capitals to fight the Order and the Nommies, not to hunt pirates in Liberty.

BHG can already travel in anything smaller than a capital ship. Heck, they can fly gunboats and that's already a big deal. Due to reasons stated above, having BHG capitals in house space is just wrong.

Well I am Bounty hunter and I do escorts I have 2 kind of ships bomber and battlecruiser I don`t mind clean trade routs for free and if i use battlecruiser it`s better coz it`s much power full then bomber pirate hide from it in zone where i can not enter coz BHG ID when i tryed enter well i get shoots from police. There are so much zone where no Influence of any police well BHG is almost only one who can help traders there.

The point is that Bounty Hunter is not Liberty who is trying enter lets say Rheinland zone.
Bounty Hunter is there to hunt pirates not to open war with lets say Rheinland.
When next time police will need help they will not get it from me.

And again i am saying that i don`t have trade ship.

When i clean trade route there come more trade ships and i am 100% sure that pirate use same trade ships as anyone ells but with different ID.
I don`t think that pirate can buy BS by geting 2mil from each trader.

Bounty Hunters are meant to rip you out of cash for escort/lawful mercenary services.

Local navy & police are guys who are going to tax/destroy you if you dont follow law and fight pirates which will tax you because profit.

No house will simply permit foreign warship in their territory.

You got shot at because you are violating a house's sovereign space. This is the 3rd time I am repeating this.

And being shot at by house militaries because you're flying a capital vessel doesn't only involve houses at war.

If you are a Zoner capital in Liberty without permission and you refuse to leave. They shoot you.
If you are a Bretonian capital in Liberty without permission and you refuse to leave. They shoot you.

That's because of that sovereign space thingy I mentioned earlier. Please try to understand this.
