The Context is we were discussing the grounds for Black taking over the GC and breathing new life into the faction.
Black came up with the following possible reasoning

Blackstarr: well given the fact that GC activity has been null for most of a year I am RPing that some shit went down and they got attacked, either from inside or a raid

Jamie (as a player and not an admin) came up with the following alternative possibility:

Kishiro government offered them an amneisty, I think. Means all the moderates went back to society (and probably later died of withdrawals) seeing as Kusari was undergoing a democratic revolution. The only ones left are the murderous, extremist hardliners.

That is the context and is just two opposing possible options for the lack of activity.

Thus Black is just asking is there any other Lore alone any of these lines
