as promised, your plead was taken to the right ears. Now as promised as well some more questions arised.
While the Empire fully supports and applauds everyone who is out for Outcast blood we have to be carefull who we work with on a direct basis as we higly value our allies and supporters and we do not wish to infringe on any of our relationships due to the presence of your group.
On point that means that if we come to an agreement you will receive a list of people and factions you should avoid to pirate as if your life depends on it, which it does in fact.
Furthermore the Empire has to know where your allegiances lie- we don't want to cooperate with anyone working with our enemies even if you want to kill Outcasts with us, so i will need more informations on your partners, if any.
Now apart from these issues we have to talk about your financial concept- as in your group pirating in our waters - i think a monthly share of your plunder would be very appreciated- we need goods, not pesetos.

As such- for letting you work our turf the Empire will need one tenth of all your captured ship hull panels, Military vehicles, munitions, black market munitions, H-Fuel, MOX, plutonium, nuclear devices , light arms, food rations, luxury food, consumer goods, luxury consumer goods, superconductors, high temperature alloy as well as HE-3.

This booty shall be delivered to Omicron Gamma or any other Corsair installation as fitting.

So...señores...what do you say? These are the most basic conditions for working on our ground and using our bases as a staging and retreating point. Of course if we come to an agreement we can talk about operaions against Outcasts, too- and backup if you bit off too much of the orange scum than you can chew through...

First of all my dear Corsair friends, our greatest thanks goes for your quick reply. The Gaian Gunship "Kaplan" belongs to me. I guess we'll have to discuss your demands, senor. I'm well known that you maybe short on supplies but I thought we agreed on one thing what goes for supplies. If your "supplier" vessels get across our pirate territory, we wont demand anything from them and let them move on. What goes for trading, at the moment we're having a rough time beeing chased by the Mercs and the Houses so the demanded list would be a deny. We're truely sorry, but how? We're mostly inside Battles. We having a tough time supplying ourselfs, so there will be a difficulty in suppliying you. However senior, what we can offer you is to give 10% of our loot, "if" we pirate around Corsair Space. My friend, all that I can offer is support in fights, if you'll need any assistance. If this is the only way of "friendliness" amongst us, than I guess all we can offer is Neutrality.

it seems you have a wrong impression of the Corsair Empire - it is a harsh mistress, no doubt but also a wise and benevolent one...not a dominatrix.
Of course we are only interested on the tenth of e listed goods if they have been captured on our turf what you hombres do in Liberty, Kusari, Gallia or the Taus is none of out business.
If you think this demand is too steep think again you are new on the block...and you want to be bueno with the biggest dog in the yard, so you gain a lot more then piracy rights. If you are honest to your goals and honor our relation you will greatly profit from this'd as you experienced first hand we DO take care of our associates even if they don't know it, we don't anyrounthe corner deals obackstabbing. Honor I our soul..and if you get an honored position in it you are settled, si?
Mercenaries are a problema? Policia? Ships need supplies but no one takes you in? Make it our problems, for our price.

In short we are demanding and generous even I most hombres and gringos only see short term hardships instead of the long term payoff....are you wiser?
