The message is clear and humorous. He may not have the best English but at least he's trying.

The only depressing thing is that so called "vets" are laughing at a player, probably foreign, who is doing his best at trying to be unique/humorous in his mercing.

Don't care about the English. Its just the standard itself that is depressing. This one encounter, I'd consider at the good end of the scale... most of the times its faction x has a bounty on you, prepare to die.
