I am happy to report that the =DVL= have now made a alliance with [SF]. We are glad to have our first alliance. We hope that thing will last for a long time.
Yes, great news actually. You broke your promise to recruit new members. Now you break your promise not to ally with SF. I guess your faction's Kusari days are coming to an end, cause you did not recruit any new active members for a very very long time.

We did talk about SF alliance the moment when you wished to claim Kusari. I said that, in spite of Kusari and Bretonia being at war (or close to that), you may not be at war with SF, but you cannot ally with them either.
As DVL is an 'official' Kusari faction with New Tokyo home system, allying DVL with SF (official Bretonian faction) becomes absolutely illogical (or gay, as you would say) in the context of our mod.
But anyways, my main point was that your faction is inactive. Or, to be precise, no one is active except for you Josh. So basically you are most welcome to move your home away from New Tokyo. You'd also better decide if you need a home system at all.

Kusari and Britonia are at war. SF is a BRITONAIAN faction. The DVL are a KUSARI faction. See the problem here?
