116-200 ping 2-12 ms loss 5-15% lag the usual is 28-67(max) ping

I do not know if this is relevant but when the spike ocurred 2 hours ago i was in a dogfight and while i was shooting i could see the weapon muzzle effect but no laser fire effect...probably this is from my client but its odd because i never seen anithing like this
