then maybe... just maybe... the ways in how reputations with different factions affect each other should be fixed in 87 so that shooting xenos does not affect your rep with the IMG. Not that i don't recognize the difficulties of doing that, what with the incredible amount of factions in existence n all, but i think it can be done. But before I make myself sound ungrateful let me just point out that this is in flood, so you know, it's not like its a priority or anything
No it's ok, foreign organisation consisted in 50% of Rheinlanders and Bretonians in the other 50% importing dirty Omega and Tau ores to Liberty can absolutely have friendly relations with Xenos. All you need to say are magic words "yo miner bro"

What.. Also, speaking for Xeno Alliance, we tolerate IMG on a select few conditions. I'll let you dig up the recent comms channel post if you're really so inclined. We're mostly neutral, unless they're doing something we don't like in Liberty. Of course, the Xeno movement is filled of variation in exactly what their goals are and how they accomplish them, who they like/don't like, etc. We're not exactly an organized movement, aside from the actual official faction in RP.
IMG have neutral terms wih Xenos - so shooting Xenos do not affect directly a IMG reputation,
but... shooting Xenos 'repair' Your terms with Outcasts who are arch-enemies to IMG - so in the end
Your reputation with IMG will drop.
