That's because they didn't have an 18 page thread made about them with tons of bellyaching and Q_Q. If they did, their patience would have ran thinner as well, and they would have been blunt like the BDS were.
If you went and cried to Jeni about The Goldern Coin like you are doing here concerning Itabashi, I'm 99% sure she would swiftly insert a boot into your rectum, and give you some pretty colorful dialect.
Would you rather the BDS have said "I'm afraid we must decline your proposal for us to power down our weapons platforms, and allow you to shoot us again, but thank you for the offer"? Whether they say that, or they say "no, screw you, the base stays as it is", the outcome is the same.
Bla Bla Bla whatever. I am done. Kiss my ass, powergame with bases, do whatever the hell you want. Server is going to hell, and shit like this base,is sending it there.

Bribery Junkers does not ANY effect IFF of any known corporation. Bribery Hogosha makes GMG pilot as Freelancers. May be you need to know this? Itabashi makes GMG illegal on New Tokio. What about it?
PS. Personally, I will destroy this base with all the necessary conversation with her. Of course, if I can. It is allowed by the rules, especially for the Blood Dragons that are simple terrorists.

And that's exactly the point what it is about:
A selfish greedy player, not character.
But the most disappointing part is something else.
May be station mantained my some unselfish generous character? And that is the reason for unselfish breaking base creation rule?
Pirates can say that he is selfish, trader, anyone. Anyone has a Role. But this station - doesn't has it at all. Only use by selfish greedy owners.

this station in run by a legal Kusari faction.
Same as in New Berlin, same as New London.
The problem is the ignorance or inability of roleplay.
Vessels around station is run by legal traders too. And their number is much more than the owners of the base. There is House rule change, without changing ID. Hogosha don't LEGAL but quasi-legal by ID in this time. So they should be treated before ID is changed , because ID is more important by rules. If that is not true... ID doesn't meant anything.
So. There is a rule - player base may be created 3000m around permanent faction base. Hogosha permanent base is there? Running this base is only ability of avoiding the rules - true. And this "role play" annoying many people, but this fact ignored by "unselfish" owners.
What is "selfish" btw?

Really? I'd like to see BDS make that claim in-rp towards Kusari Government... You talk so much about roleplay, yet I get the idea that you really don't have much of a clue about it.
And Daron, I offered you an elaboration and you refused, and now you want to run around calling people stuff and passing judgement instead. I find that really weak.
