Yea, there shouldn't be a rep effect, positive or negative, for IMG when shooting Xenos. I'll doublecheck there's no empathy setting, and fix that if so.

I guess one way to fix this is to give the player a positive rep with the IMG or something everytime a xeno is shot, this way the positive rep gained offsets the negative rep with the IMG gained everytime the player shoots a xeno.
No atmosphere? GTFO.
