How did you guys find it?

Also... as my friend Christie says when I showed her Elizabeth:

Looks so far that whoever wrote the script of this game, loved the Disney film, Tangled.

Funny you should make that connection, because I was thinking how the design and animation of Elizabeth herself is very Disney-like.

In other news, this game is completely insane and I love it.

Didn't get the hype around this. Sure, the setting was interesting and the story was story certainly a notch above the regular stuff we get served today in FPS, but the gameplay was pretty generic and linear. I mean, it's a solid 7/10 but not "OMG WTF BBQ BEST GAME EVER F*CKING PIECE OF ART"

In terms of storytelling, character development and style the game definately gets a 10/10 from me.

The gameplay on the other hand is good, but that's all. It's nothing spectacular depsite being fun to play.

Not finished, but there are some things that bug me, like 'Liz bouncing around after or about to interact with objects. Unnerves me.

Just come across this fan art:

I love it.

EDIT:

PC Gamer just posted some concept art from the company itself, truly brilliant.

I love a development staff that is actually given freedom to roam with and around the target end, rather than just TO the target end.

Were the DRM and anti-piracy measures as creepy and invasive as Bioshock 2? If not I'll consider buying the game.. if so I won't touch it with a barge (pole).
