She made her way from the Achaea, which was at the compound's spaceport, and entered the room as Anna finished speaking."Release you so early? And with no benefit to ourselves? I don't think so." She took up position next to Alessan. "I hope I didn't miss anything important Alessan, you know how I've been waiting for this."

Alessan was becoming increasingly frustrated with his prisoner, but the arrival of Rina calmed him down some.

"Anna, you best watch your tongue. You're alive today only because I have willed it to be so, it would be wise to remember that. Now, if you've nothing else to say, we'll move on to how we get rid of you."

Rina didn't react for a few moments. She then walked over to Anna calmly, stood there for a moment, then knocked her to the ground.Rina crouched down next to Anna, holding a pistol to her head. "You will show respect to me child. One word. Alessan just has to say one word, and I will end your insignificant life.You are entirely at our mercy. The only reason you are alive at this moment is because we can extort your friends, but killing you now will save us a lot of trouble in the future."

Alessan couldn't help but laugh. McCarthy deserved much worse than this, and it was a shame he couldn't take things farther. He had to put a stop to this, as fun as it was, before things went too far.

"Perhaps that'll teach you, miss McCarthy. You had that coming. I think she's learned, Rina. Now put the gun away, we'll have trouble selling damaged goods."

She glances about the room from person to person .. smiling when she gets to rina. but finally settling on alessan.

"You know what we want, McCarthy. Credits are pretty high up on my list of desires, as are slaves, metal, Guild weaponry schematics. There are a wide variety of things that could get you out of here. Surely, you've got a friend you could contact who would be able to get us one of these things, si? If not, I think Marco over there has the right idea. Though I'm not sure you're Vizio material, the patrons would break you far too quickly. "

He began to walk towards the room's exit, but stopped before reaching it. Without turning around, he began to speak again, "Oh, I'd like to remind you not to do anything stupid. This compound's crawling with lancieres who, upon seeing you, would shoot to kill. With most, that'd go unsaid, but I can't trust you to not be an idiota." With that said, he left Marco and Rina alone with their captive.
