There's this guy that comes to NB from time to time to pick up a fight with any RM he happens to find on. Not long ago, we'd fight him on a daily basis up to a point that he'd fight us two, three times in the same day. His character is aligned to a pirate faction that has nothing to do in Rheinland space; I'm yet to see him pirating anyone; and he never really said anything prior to his attacks. Since there was some time since I had last seen him in Rheinland, I thought he'd given up on us.
Today I came in and there he was. Exact same routine. Just outside of radar range, not really attacking/pirating anyone and silent. He's just waiting.
I then remembered something Xoria wrote once. You don't have to play with the people you don't want to. So I just didn't. I kept to my other RM business and after some three minutes, I take one of the TLs after an unresponsive ship in the area.
He had never said anything before, but as I moved away from NB he broke radio silence:
Just tell him that normally you would be forced to kill him by RP guidelines, but because he's being an ass, it would actually lessen RP to keep on killing him. He'll give up if you don't fight him.
Yeah, if I'm right, I saw this guy earlier on my Verruckt character. Never seen him do any RP whatsoever, inside Rheinland or not. Basically, a pvp whore. Just talk to admins, send them screens of him being outside his faction's ZoI (kind of equivilant to someone reporting a Blood Dragon for being in the middle of Liberty.. Yeah, shouldn't happen) of that convo, and anything relevant. Hopefully they will have a talk to him about ROLE PLAYING..
I encountered three others today that just fly around for pvp. They use Merc chars, three of them together, to shoot whoever they want (in BLOOD DRAGON HFs) then one Merc will say he paid the other two to do it.. I hope they get sanctioned, as someone today reported them.. They shot a Lane Hacker for no reason, weren't paid for it, and were flying 2 BD HFs and a Manta.. BD HFs, and shooting other pirates.. Oh, and that Manta pilot was seen undocking from MACTAN 5 minutes later.. Kills a Lane Hacker.. Then docks on their main station. I swear, if I weren't a CSV, I'd have shot the crap out of him.
Well, I fly a Blood Dragon as a lawful merc as well, hope that doesn't make me a PVP whore.
Actually, I had one fight only with it in the last month.
I usually offer services like escort and such, but no one ever wants one:yes:
But, yes, Blood Dragon HF is somehow a symbol for PVP whoring.
This screenshot.. Well, let me just say that it is one of the reasons why i installed IrfanView right now:lol:

Yeha, same way with there bomber, I know a specific merc that sits in Liberty and owns a Red catterman, killed my RoS fighter once. Now Why would the BD sell there equipment to someone that shoots outcasts?? The Outcasts would get rather ticked I think....

read the blood dragon infocard PLEASE...
it says it is kept secret even to their closest allies - thatd be either outcast or GC.
they wouldnt sell it to a merc unless they really, really trust him at the point of considering him like one of their's.
Yea, just tell him to bugger off and come back when he's ready to RP properly. If it keeps up report him. I notice how he won't throw the first punch.... coward.

Anyway, I have to disagree with you.
They wouldn't even sell it to Outcasts or GC.
Outcasts especially, GC maybe a few.
That's what's written on the infocard.
And that Merc is a Mandalorian, they happen to be in good relations with Blood Dragons, but I don't think they are in good relations with Outcasts.
