Many years ago when the the sleeper ships came to Sirius, they brought unexpected guests when them. 200 North Koreans snuck onto the Japanese Sleeper Ship Kusari. For hundreds of years they hid in silence, until now. Join the Peoples Republic, Forge a new way for our people.

Well, you could simply edit it to open your faction proposal to discussion. That way, you could benefit from the opinion of others and improve your faction's starting information, so that more people may want to join it.
If you leave it that way, you might not have a lot of candidates as your faction sheet is pretty sketchy, it needs to be a little more fleshed out to attract attention.

On the other side, having simply a North Kusarian faction I think would greatly increase the quality and realism of the RP in Discovery.
