Thank you for finding time to reply Commander, the base's name will be PSD HQ...It is to serve as a police station and temporary detention facility for criminals arrested in Pennsylvania, before we ship them out to one of the prison stations...I would also like to note that the facility itself will be property of Government of Liberty, since the PSD is a Government funded agency...
The Government of Liberty has approved your request to construct a new modular base named "PSD HQ" in orbit of Planet Erie in the Pennsylvania system. Please note that the base must be positioned such that it might does not obstruct the primary space lanes in orbit of the planet; it must be placed a minimum of 5k from the Erie Docking Ring, the Battleship Gettysburg, and Harrisburg Station.
The station is expected to broadcast a Police IFF at all times; failure to do so will result in serious repercussions. Please ensure that docking rights are always granted for Primary Fleet ships of the Liberty Forces.
A one-time tax-free setup fee of 40,000,000 SC is required prior to the initiation of construction, and is payable to Ferris.Dufresne. While this may seem unusual at first, the money is required for administrative purposes, and usually recirculates back down to field agents through reimbursements and salaries.
