I had setted platforms to hostile, cuz my AA|John.Able' is a BHG bomber and i attacked with him the Base. The Bowex passed as I were dead already (Seemed like) and he died. I stopped testing defense grid. AND I ONLY TESTED ON ME YE?
One day later, I was unhappy with the positions of the platforms there were just 60 Players online~~ it was morning here I said lets try again Hopefully no one passes now, I setted to hostile back again was goin to Switch to my bomber as i were on my stork undocked accidently and tried to redock as i said before my mother camed in to room at this time, to Switch to my bomber and then the [C] passed and just got killed I had noch Chance to help him as I were afk... It was an Accident... And as I told we are all Humans and Humans do Mistakes (Rule 1.10 ye Is made for People that live on earth, Show a heart and Forget me my mistake.

As others earlier mentioned, there are other ways to test a station's defense capabilities without endangering any nearby vessels, such as making a pirate character and flying there with that...So your excuse is barely credible... Also, blaming stuff on relatives... where did I hear that before...

Neither you seem to get the point. The jokes themselves may not have created suspicion, but the coincidence that you were joking about these stuff happened about the same time as the other things Marcus listed indeed questioned your liability.

-From pure RP point of view - your base was destroyed but the ppl and the resources were safe (it seems so). Bretonia was accused before for sending armada vs a base which was not registered and the owner brought this to the news "BAF killing innocent people". So again in OORP it may be a low move but in RP your ppl are safe.

-From pure OORP point of view - players really hate bases (most of them) cuz they disrupt their "fun", but what players hate most are "unknown" bases pretending to be lawful and shooting on allies. That can bring issues on skype/forum and a lot of drama....again in OORP the cause is the bad coordination of "testing" IFFs and stuff.

P.S: I dont know but whatever tests you've done to cause the RP problems should never happen at this current base, at this important sector where a lot of players can pass and be shot at for no reason. I am sure there are quite a lot of ppl being shot by your base but they are not on forum, not giving a word about it or simply dont care. What if they were travelling for 2 hours and got shot for nothing by your base? Thats problematic cuz your base is not hidden but in very "Crowded" region of a high traffic system.
So you see...you take OORP responsibility for the destruction of all vessels (disrupting the fun of the players) and also inRP consequences (destruction of your base no matter how) because of that.

You had agreed to have us keep a password, which was the ooRP equivalent of the BPA presence on the base, along with being able to dock
"Accessible", in the base laws means docking permissions, not "give us a password" for most bases, as I've said here, to clarify against what Marcus said. This one was to keep control of the guns, and if necessary be a failsafe.

I gaved him what he wanted cuz it was a term what he had said before (where i had thinked it was WC).

The password was supposed to be there along with the docking permissions at all times. I already had a BPA ship on the base, and I had to ask for the password I should already have had to fix it. If I hadn't needed to ask for a password, I'd just have been clear to stop 'cleaning' your base of what was keeping it legal.

He changed IFF all fine , deleted all commodities shooted at will on the base. He was Happy. I was in conn and trained while the time,

As I've said already, I didn't ask for the password at the time to destroy it. You gave me the password around half 11, and was happy with the changes. Then the trolling etc. started in the Bret Lawful chat and I was getting wary of the situation.

Yup, you got it in one. Purely because you spammed a little in the Bretonia Lawful chat, I destroyed your base. From the amount of people who do that every day, I'd probably have earned "the baseslayer" as nickname since I'd have cleaned half of Sirius.
From your Skype PMs, you seem to think I've been going out of my way to punish you and only you, and then kick you while you're down. I destroyed the base because I expected it to be a problem later; I'm not looking to sanction you for 5.2 against Thyr'zul or anything like that, nor am I doing anything about Blackpool Production Facility (even though you thought I'd blown that up because of a visual bug).

This doesn't change anything. You were asked to keep the IFF as BPA, not on a whim but for some very good reasons, to which you agreed to keep it as BPA. Suddenly changing it without warning, while not in itself deserves the destruction of the base, was apart of a series of events that caused a lack of trust.

As for the next two sections, from what I gather you're saying that on 4 separate occasions when you were; Organizing the docking list permissions, Summer JUST happened to want to dock at that time, and when you were testing the weapon platforms (for which I still don't understand why you felt that you HAD to use your BHG) that over a period of a few days for the three times which you changed the settings that a ship JUST happened to be passing through? At times, by your own admission, when the server count was low. And not three separate ships but the same ship twice? The probability of such seems a little far fetched. A quick search brings a quote which conveys my opinion on the matter: "Once is an accident. Twice is coincidence. Three times is an enemy action."

As for your Jokes...it can be hard to know when people are being serious or not when you're just looking at text. Alone it might've seen the be a joke and left alone but combined with the other actions it seems much more threatening. While Skype is oorp what is said there does reflect on a persons character and intent, Discovery isn't just about purely what can be proved in comm posts and screen shots, it's also about trust. If you don't trust someone, for whatever reason, then no matter how nicely they present their case or reason their argument you still might not believe them.

As some might have known the Freeport XXI was the same way deconstructed. Ok there was then no admin/mod involved, but it was done the same way. None the less its in the past and it was closed for me and the others involved.

So i suggest to the green goblins in here and not only them but also all involved into this matter to do the following:
- restore that base
- RP its deconstruction or let the owner try to solve it inRP
- while the negotiations happen you could block transports for supplies or whatever you RP
- if it will then be destroyed at least the owner does not feel offended and maybe as now attacked by a whole group as i guess he might feel like this.

I think summer might be able to agree with it or not.. thats just something which HE and the base admin Jonaffen has to discus. Its only a win, win situation and generates maybe even some RP fun.. And might motivate more people to do more RP on forums as well ingame. Or you all want to promote the 2 mill or dai folks out there.. or what i have last seen 50 mill or dai..
