The colored text clearly states that Cannon agrees with the RP reasons of the WC to destroy your base but he is not satisfied with the Way it was Implemented. A mistake which will not be repeated again because "the official factions must be example". I hope you can understand that finally.

And now we are twisting Cannon words... RP goes beyond droping message in comm chanel 5 minutes before desruction, you know. Never was it said Cannon is happy with "Skype vote" reason for destruction. What was meant by "role play better" was that crime didnt corespond to punishment. 2 accidental deaths (for which guy wasnt even charged iRP) is not enough reason to explosively deconstruct a base. If anything, government should have charged guy with 2 accidents and resolve situation pecefully, not go "this guy is unstrustworthy, BLOW UP EVERYTHING".

- It seems most ppl here are unable to undestand this "skype vote". Its none of your concern cuz you are not part of this "RP goverment" to add new ideas of how ~6 official factions should talk with each other. Nor you are the one to request us Vote on forum in thread, which in RP - You Wont Have Access To See. Got it now?

- If you checked the link you will notice the steps: 1) owner's request, 2) requirements given from WC, 3) agreement from WC which was just given with notice, 4) permission to proceed.

The inRP reasons for the destruction of the base are quite reasonable.

but the method of destruction could have been handled better.

that being said, as a trader who frequents bretonian space, i would steer clear if there was a questionable heavily armed base sitting right next to an important jumpgate.

@ Cannon, this is like watching a rule breaker getting away with murder. Regardless of the intentions of Bretonia, yes they would have taken the base down InRP if. If. they where to post, but they didn't. That's why the complaint is here because the OORP rule isn't applied by the administrative staff. So I totally disagree with your action here, not to do anything at all.
If the base was destroyed InRP, and a post was made on the forum I would have no issue in the matter. But because this "was" an RP server. Need I say more?
Little bit annoyed with the administrative staff as a whole on the latter, I would understand if you didn't want to sanction them, but you could impose a reasonable fine to pay back to him as [*USI*] and AA| put a huge amount of effort and money into building that base.Ext 6billion. This subject is strongly towards the OORP way that they killed the base.
This clearly has been shrugged away by the admin staff and the rules are not sanctioned here correctly as admins have disagreed to uphold rule;

1.9 Administrators are obliged:
- Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported.

Just lovely. I understand this is not feedback thread, but still. Never I ordered anyone, I only expressed my oppinion about how things were handled and give an example of how things could be done, and what do i get? "You are not in official faction, we dont care what you say, only we know how to do bretonia RP, if you dont like how we do things you can go somewhere else." Again, just lovely.

And about skype vote: I couldnt care less about how you handle things internally, but you also have to do external rp, not just go "we talked between ourselves and decided to KILL YOU" If you are acting as an example for everyone, be so kind to actually TALK to guys you "rp" with.

There is no mistake in what I said from post 262, cuz I gave a clear example with Link.

That means everything I said is refering to that example. Back then and during a lot of other similar threads there was no "voting" posted on forum but only Agreement or Disagreement of the WC about a scenario. This have nothing to do with this current problem.

Your comment is shifting the subject and the meaning behind my sentence. I said that you are NOT part of the WC and not a Faction Leader of the the mentioned above groups which ARE part of the WC. During any vote the faction leaders are participating and their opinion must be defended. Thats Inter WC matter NOT forum wide spread opinion. If few official factions are voting for something to be changed inside them, its up to the faction leader to decide How. That was my point.
Again - Considering the above, since you are not Leader of the parties from WC, your statement here is of no weight. How to implement RP justice or What to do with the "accuser inRP" is entirely up to the WC leaders.

I think its quite logical...If you go in Kusari and you dont like the people or their RP, you move away. If you go to Gallia and you are bored of being alone, you move away. If you want to stay in Bretonia and try something else...move away forward and do it. Our "RP characters" cant always satisfy your "RP characters" needs cuz we have different RP and its entirerly up to Us to decide what to do with our characters. Am I clear now?

Here a quote from a guy who understood whats going on and explained the entire issue in short terms.

This issue can be only an example of what we must improve but not only WC of Bretonia. I am totaly sure all who are reading this will have in mind what NOT to do and this will only lead to a better future of dealing with such problems. Mistakes were done but they are not as critical as most people here accuse the WC. We from WC gona move forward, add new laws, explain in details what the new owners must do and what they must not. How we gona implement it will be seen in future. I am sure other Houses gona do the same.
Cannon said his word and dont think we are satisfied. WC and Bretonia were "hit" by this problem and its reduced the respect towards us. What we can do is show them that we acknowledge the mistake and will do our best not to repeat it. Again...what was the mistake? Ahh yes...a notice before sending fleet to kill a base. Yes we gona do that in future by giving owners 1 day to evacuate.

looks like there is MASSIVE misunderstanding there.

I never had problem with skype vote thing. What i posted was merely my view of how things played out and how they could play out. And my discontent with outcome. I never accused faction of anything, just posted my FEEDBACK.
What i didnt like was you interpreting Cannon post as "We did everything right, just had to do it a little bit more flashy"

And about your Link: doesnt matter what happened THEN, what matters is that such forum discussion didnt happen NOW.
