Bumblebee Cargo Full at "895" instead of 1800

Hello, not sure if this a bug with the Bumblebee or with the trade route but I tried to fill my 1,800 cargo with Ship Hull Panels from Kyushu to take to Duluth in Minnesota. It only allowed for 895 units, and considered that full. I had recently purchased it for my character Ryota.Hayashi.



I don't know if this is related to the fact that I was a miner and lost my ID in the ship purchase, but I currently have a Freelancer ID. I also keep getting the "Incompatible technology" message that reduces my power to 90%, though I no longer have any mining weapons or anything mining related in my inventory.

Ship hull panels take up double the commodity space and was done on purpose. No problem here. If you fly some other commodity, you'll have the full 1800.
