Attention Artificial Intelligence called "Consensus".

I am Markus Schmarn, Inspekteur and current in charge of the Rheinland Federal Polizei, the main department.

It has come to mein ears, that ein Polizei patrol in Munich intercepted one of your controlled transport convoys, loaded up with ore from Daumann Heavy Construction.
After ein internal investigation it seems like the Polizei patrol did not act according to Rheinland law. As the cargo loaded by your transports was confiscated, I first of all want to apologize for this inappropirate behaviour by mein men. There will be internal consequences for this.
The Rheinland Polizei would like to compensate the Consensus for the loss, I would like to know how much ore was lost, so we can calculate the reparation.

I am only one of the countless entities representing my kind, and speaking on behalf of the Consensus. But you may call me „Bob“, to simplify any following communication.

The incident in the system of Munich was indeed a rather unexpected situation in which our units had to act very carefully. However, the behaviour of your Agents irritated the entities present during this encounter with the Federal Police. A natural suspiciousness towards us was already expected when we decided to let the convoy fly through house territory. But the rather „harsh“ treatment of your Agents towards us was a an issue that caused a lot of confusion and stopped us from getting desperately needed raw materials that the convoy should have brought home.

Thus we accept your apology and hope any internal measures will help preventing other conflicts.
During the encounter with the Federal Police, we were to drop 3 loads of Aluminium ore à 4.000 standard cargo units, so 12.000 cargo units total. The consensus would be very grateful if we received any form of compensation for this material loss.

I have forwarded the this date to our accountants. I think we might be able to compensate you for the loss of the material. If artificial intelligence is able to
handle human currency called "credits", the Rheinland Polizei will pay up for the loss. In that case we need some sort of neural net contact.

This unit "apologises" for the illogical delay; the loss of the _Consensus's Orbital Command Unit to the _Sammaran's causes neural net transmissions to be much more difficult to process effaciously than desired by the standardised Consensus Transmission Optimum (24 terrestrial hours). This Unit humbly requests that the _Inspector_Markus_Schmarn Unit waits for a member of the Consensus Command Triumvirate to wire the secure details of the Consensus Banking Unit directly, as this Unit does not possess the required key codes as AI Archivist.

Di'taraAlpha intelligence ("myself") has contacted the Consensus Proper for the purpose of exacting this same response within 11 hours. In this transmission it might be my part of the conversation to "beg" your pardon for delaying this for quite some time. While it is not necessary to mention the reasons for my late reply you can be sure I would have contacted you earlier if it had been possible.

To answer your question: A special account on the Neuralnet was created to simplify the transfer of the compensating funds. The money can be transferred to the account named AI-Bank ,it has exactly this identification.
