To the Honorable Guildmasters of the Gas Miners Guild:

Humbly the Judges come before you to seek an audience. We understand that our previous relationship, both business and personal, was not the type that either of our organizations sought to develop. Since then, we have made progress toward our ultimate goal of uniting the four Houses, particularly by amending our relationship with the Rheinland Military. They have a place in our mission equally as important as any other House, and we will continue to seek their favor. A no-fire treaty is now in place between the BDM High Command & The Judicial Corps, and we are moving forward to boost our relations with them.

Our Supreme Judge has informed the Judicial Corps recently that the Judges were limited to one set of Skyblast Weaponry for testing purposes only. The Judge chosen to use the Skyblast Weaponry was using it to his advantage in in field as opposed to weapon testing purposes. That particular Judge became a was punished accordingly for his actions, and we deeply regret such a fatal mistake. The Judicial Order is more than willing to compensate you for the impropriety of these actions, and we assure you that in the interim, we have sought to earn your respect by refusing the use of GMG technology.

In light of the our organizational changes we have put in place and a more complete adoption of our mission, we would like to discuss bolstering our relationship with the Gas Miners Guild. We hope to serve you and your interests properly, and we understand that we must rebuild our trust and acceptance in your space. Please let us know if you would be willing to attend a summit between our representatives and yours at a location of your choosing to discuss how we might work together again.

Now this has raised concerns within the Judicial Order, Maybe our communication channel has not yet reached your headquarters after boosting the transmission signal twice? or maybe you have not found the time to reply to The Judicial Order?

Either way I would like to stress our respect for your organization, If we have not persuaded you that the Judicial Order has made the relevant changes to the Gas Miners Guild's expectations, we will humbly respect your decision. Be assured, we received the initial transmission from Judge Jackson without delays, and choose to put it on hold, for reasons unexplained. While we haven't exactly yearned to hear from You again, I'm at least pleased by that we're no longer bothered with the tiresome Judge Logan and his incompetence. I can see that you're a bit more... diplomatic in your ways.

Though if your spoken words now reflect the Judges true and earnest opinion of the Guild, or if it's just sweet-talking meant for our ears and egos as to mask your dishonesty, is yet to be determined.

But one thing is certain, however. There must be something you'd want, what else could explain your numerous transmissions sent our way. While I have an inkling, I'll let you put it forth. And, for the sake of discussion, what if I told you that we could consider lifting the ban of Judges in Guild space, and possibly go as far as allowing you to sign up for our Bounty Board, but, here's the twist: We would never grant any Judge the use of GMG weapon- or ship technology. What then, would you still be as eager to serve and please, or would all this just be another charade?

Now that I've taken the time to reply to your transmission, I hope it'll not be too much of a waste of time. The future of our relations rely heavily upon your response, Judges. Do not reply hastily, without thought.

I can understand your hesitancy and mistrust. It is not at all misplaced as evidenced by our former relationship. I say “former” in this context with the hopes that we may forge a new one.

Your response is most generous, and we would be honored to meet with you to discuss how we may work together. We would have to insist, however, on a face to face meeting as simple transmission “discussion,” if you will, does little justice to the alliance we hope to begin.
