I need a message sent and I'm happy to compensate the messengers. The Junkers Congress has interests in Humboldt which require our associates not being harassed while working. I personally explained just that to a self styled independent pirate, who interestingly enough, threatened to use his bomber to "blow up base if you no give 500mil". I allowed him to leave with just a warning, considering him perhaps a bit touched. He seemed to get the message but later he was found not only harassing our customers, he shot and severely damaged a Congress transport during the encounter. Myself and a fellow Congressman arrived at Saltese just in time to witness him violently disable the transport; we were moments too late. When confronted Mr. Dantes fled to Magellan and disappeared from our long range scanners.
While Edmond_Dantes is not a serious threat himself, his actions may encourage other independents to foolishly interfere in our business. The message I'd like sent is simple; it's a bad idea. To this end I'm offering 10 million credits for proof of message delivered. Considering the two opportunities he's already had to see reason I suspect it will take as many as ten warnings to get the point. Collection is open to anyone who isn't currently hostile with our organization.

I stumbled across this guy as I was undocking from Saltese. He was quite inarticulate in demanding 2 million dollars from me, it took me some time to figure out what he wanted. He opened fire on me, and that's all the motivation I needed to put my gunboat battle razor right through his face.
Excellent work! To catch him in the act of disruptin our operation.. even sweeter. Feel free to collect again as the opportunity presents itself. Safe flying brother.
