Actually a vast shipline could be made of unificated components across the ships and classes, thus we could follow the idea of "lego" crafts, replacing FF and Crow now and adding LF, VHF, SHF, FR, and couple more transports.
Like we can see the line in airctafts - similar tail, tendency in wing position, engines, cockpits.

You can check Antonov AN-124 and AN-225.
The biggest cargo plane was barely made of 124's parts with additional engines and fuselage sections.

We can make the ships, which are made of similar components, while not making it too much obvious.

Also I am going to make some sketches soon.

@Tigershark [Textures] could use some retexturing.
@Tanto [Textures] would be nice if it had the BD textures.
@Wasupu [Textures/Model] ... needs better textures or even a new model.
@BHGBomber [Textures/Model] also a case of mediocre textures.
@Havoc [Textures/Model] same. Imo a new model could do fine as well. That Virage model still around? Or is that an import?
@Hachiman [Textures/Model] DragonGB, for those who don't know. Just feel like it's not up to the quality standard of the mod.
@Resheph [Model] those spikes ... antennas, whatever. Just a bit too much. Might be fine otherwise.
@Legate [Textures/Model] retexturing might do, overall I feel like it's not up to the quality standards either, though.
@X-Shuttle [Model] is that thing getting replaced? I don't know tbh. It needs to.
@Behemoth [Textures] a little retexturing will do fine.
@BWT [Textures] well, at least imo it needs some better textures as well.

Tanto is getting red texture, mentioned by Aet.
Wasupu is probably getting a new models as well.
X-Shuttle gets new model.

Adding some ships on list, though - BHG bomber is being worked on by MD, others like Respher, Behemoth, Mammoth etc, which are low-quality models, will be a priority number two after imports and custom models, which are not fitting in well (T-shark, Havok).
