He refused and docked, then appeared.
After that RNC ran to NB, and CSV followed him
I said that he refused to leave and he is spy, so death
He started to complain that he is 20 lvl rank and that "SS and reporting at forums, have a nice day"
And then said me that "You couldnt engage me, I am 20 lvl, no matter i am spy"
"I said fact that i am reporting, not that i will report, so that is not threat"
Not please say me, What to do with retards like this?
He gonna report me because I killed him as spy, and he threated me with report, and he think he did all OK

Did he say the OOC stuff about reporting in system chat, or private chat?
if it was in sys chat, thats a no no. Saying" i am reporting" is the same as "i will report". Both are threats.
As landers said, attacking him was very risky. but if he broke rules as well, the admins might look it as cancelling each other out.

I really don't see this thread going anywhere. As you know, if you think something is against the rules, file a report.
