Colonial Republic: Available for purchase at Sabah Shipyard.

Farmer's Alliance & Hogosha: FA currently lack an official faction.

Gaians: No official faction currently.

Hellfire Legion: Not going to happen.

Junkers:

Lane Hackers: Lane Hacker Diplomatic Channel - note, will not do business with independent pilots.

Liberty Rogues: They sell their guns. No formal process; appears to be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

Mollys: Available with conditions.

LWB: No official faction currently.

Maquis: No official faction currently.

The Order: Regulations Database. Full information within. Requests must be in seperate threads for archival purposes. You're not getting a cruiser, carrier, or battleship. Rarely given to non-allies.

Outcasts: You'd think I'd know this one.

Reapers of Sirius: Not happening.

Phantoms: No.

Red Hessians:

Gallic Lawful: Approval appears to be available; exact procedure unknown.

Bounty Hunters Guild:

Order: Each request has to be put separately on comm channel, so it can be archivized for later role-play and reference. What you linked is general guideline which does specify that too. Requests inside that thread wont be processed. No capital ship will be sold, exception Hathor gunboat.
