Kaz, the buff is for NPC sell prices - only Gold also received a field capacitance buff from what I know.

I think it has likely been overmined by all those Saltese miners, who knows though...

Yeye, price didn't change, but the drop rate for mining the ore isn't normal o_O;

Then, as Summer has stated, it's likely been mined to death. If left for a day or 2, it should regenerate.

No. it takes a day or two of no mining for a field to regenerate.
