In recent events, rogue Naval Forces officers have infiltrated Nansei Research Station and stolen Naval Forces fighter craft. They are currently fleeing towards the Tau Sector where they presumably have a hideout which have not yet managed to locate.
Divisions 17, 23, 25, 30 and 32 of the Kyushu fleet are to search Tau 29 and Tau 23 for the ships of these despicable individuals. Shoot with extreme prejudice if you encounter them.

Parts of the New Tokyo fleet will in the meantime reinforce the remaining part of the Kyushu fleet to stabilize the sector.

The Admiralty has decided to promote the following personnel :
- Shimoe Katsuo, to the rank of Itto Kaii.
- Taiyouji Jiro, to the rank of Itto Kaii.
- Nakamura Teta, following her probation period after an incident involving sake, was reinstalled in her rank, and promoted to Santo Kaisa.
With immediate effect, the division of the West fleet lead by Sakamoto Ryoma is hereby reintegrated in the Naval Forces.
In Addition, the Kusari Naval Forces High Command has undergone restructuring.
Firstly, Kaishō-ho Mochizuki will serve as head of the admirality from now on.
Secondly, the now reinstated Rear Admiral Sakamoto will be taking the position of Vice Admiral.
And finally former Captain Ishikawa will join the admirality as Rear Admiral.
Also, there are a few more promotions for continued service in the Naval Forces.

Konnichiwa esteemed warriors of the naval forces. As you may have speculated, or head of, our great industrial kieretsu, Kishiro, has commissioned a new very heavy fighter for us. We expect that many of the old Chimaeras to go an upgrading process, some to a newer, lighter, version and others to the new very heavy fighter.
Many of you will go through the ship upgrading, refitting or complete replacement process, and thus we require you to attend an advanced training on the field to the receiving of this vessel, which's flying method will be different than the one you are currently used to.
The admiralty and through them, the middle command, is aware of the issue of getting used to a new flying method, but we are afraid that with steps of going forward in technology, we must also advance ourselves.
I expect to see as many pilots as possible for the grande training session, one of many, that will be made to regularize you to the new vessel. This training will partake at Saturday, 18:00 Sirius Mean Time. (//=GMT)
