That long winded speech may have a lot of information but to be honest with you its all "OLD NEWS"...
No faction or group are perfect and not all of its members may act according to what they should at all times no matter how hard there leaders may try to enforce there point of view of how a zoner should or shouldn't act.

Earlier in the week we the zoner alliance did make a statement about the situation in the area and if I remember rightly we said the following...
If the order were to withdraw from the area and leave our people alone we would be willing to consider to withdraw our defense systems from the kappa whole.
Plus also we made a good will gesture of unlocking the theta whole so that people could once again enter the system safely and do business with the local freeport XV...
Yet our offer and good will gesture has fallen on death ears...
You can now thank ORDER and AI vessels Janitor and Cynthia for the theta entrance to 74 being returned to lock down status.
Both these vessels were recorded threatening/demanding cargo then destroying a [ZA] supply vessel in the Theta system just about 15k away from the 74 jump hole...
Such hostile actions will not be tolerated and if they continue you are just prolonging the system lock down thus
endangering the lives of others by your selfish actions...
Yet on a more happier side all those people that have show or pledged a non aggression pact towards the ZA
have received happy and free access in and out of the omicron 74 system without incident...

If it was Order's intention to invade Omicron 74, we had years of opportunity to take over system before installations were put in place.
