Nah, removing it from lolwut usage is a good enough reason. Because of abuse + It's kinda pointless having something that isn't really needed, like with the LH and the lolBS's raiding everyday. Perhaps they (like others said) be obtained with permission only + TAZ/Phoenix only.

Totally disagree, have a bad run in with a nephilim lately? Don't get sour and go suggesting to have them taken out altogether now. As a recent purchaser of such a ship, so say go rely on the Order to protect me or try to use one of their ships with a Zoner ID when zoner ships are already more than sufficient is ridiculous. If you don't like them, don't fly them, if you can't handle them in battle, get one. As far is inRP goes the Zoners would have the right to build such ships for their own purposes, whether it be pulling weight against other aggressive factions (zoner or not) or just as a colony ship, there would be no reason to get rid of them. What colony ship would fly Sirius without arms? If the rule for the ID are followed there are no problems with Zoner battleships.

Which is what I suggested, but in a more "peaceful" way - without inflicting too much damage and without disapointing the real anti-zoners around here.
Don't SRP it, cancel the idea of "zoners cannot stop zoners from getting zoner stuff" - and grant phoenix the abillity to enforce inrp requests. If you want to protect livadia and guard it, I will personaly build a base for them to ensure no one gets in there.

All those who are QQing against your group do so because they are a failure inRP or Force or Both to deal with you themselves.

Don't get me wrong, we're happy for Zoners to have colony ships and roleplay them as such. However, since the technical class for said colony ship is a battleship, it has gotten into some Zoner players' heads that they have warships equivalent to other militaristic factions, and are now a capable combat force - which is quite simply not the case.

Nerf all the Zoner caps to a point that they don't really work in PvP. Especially the Corvo, which is just plain broken due to its ridiculous Gunboat-like size.

No, because the Zoners would complain about undernerfed equipment only because of "RP reasons" while ex-miners in Rheinland fly Battleships because they are "Attacked by both RNC and Corsairs who use battleships"

Corsairs and Oucasts own systems, planets, millions of people lucrative artifact and drug cartels which means they have an absolute tonne of revenue and resources for building capitals, not to mention both of them have one half of Sirius trying to kill them so it's pretty warranted for them to have capitals. Hessians practically own Dresden, 0-11, not to mention their guard system all of which have rich resources, in addition they are almost all former industrial workers and have experience with heavy machinery such as caps.

Your saying remove Zoner Battleships because it might be misused and replace with something weaker, Why? To neuter the ZA or for some other reason like curing your QQ headache?

Let me ask what if a faction similar to the ZA but using a BAF ID decided to start doing the same thing, ie lockdown a system and create pew and headaches for everyone then by your logic, we should remove BAF Battleships and replace them with something weaker? No, that is a big fail.

If you cannot deal with ZA inRP then that is the failure of all those who oppose them as they cannot remove them by show of force or diplomacy.

To then try and deal with the ZA problem by removing their BS's so they have nothing to defend their bases with is wrong, plain wrong as that is what people here are trying to do.

I'm trying to help look for a solution that eliminates the misuse of a ship which is supposed to be -rare-. Nothing more. And to simply target other factions to avoid finding a solution? Where's the reasoning to that when the proposal says nothing about other factions entirerly.

And to my honest mistake, I actually completely forgot about the Aquillion.

However the aquillion does indeed fit it's purpose as a carrier, and to have something close to such would make great sense.

Let's make an example ship that 'could' work, just to think of something different.
